Burger King — Restaurant in Odessa

Went to this BK yesterday (Sunday) evening. I was the only person in line and they took a long time (7 minutes) just to take my order, supposedly because the manager had told the girl on the register that she had to give priority to other customers and finish packing up their orders first. By the way, the lady that appeared to be the manager had a very bad attitude towards other customers; some customers approached her to ask for service and after answering questions she would make rude gestures (faces) when the customers turned around. They did have my order in time but another thing that I disliked about this place was that it is not clean. The tables were dirty and there was trash all over the floor. We were hoping that the playground was open since the Governor lifted restrictions. No, it was not. We had 4 little ones wanting kids meals. We had to double check several times to make sure the cashier all their food was listed. Them the cashier ended up missing an adult meal. When she didn't give us enough cups the manager started double checking the receipt. It was confusing to me and to light to read. She just gave us a cup. When our food came. We were missing an adult meal. Started reviewing our order again. They had another print out with the order that you could see. I ordered from the app and went to go pick it up in person. They didn't have the mozzarella fries that I ordered. So I asked to have it taken off of my bill. The lady said she couldn't do that and offered that I replace it with fries. I already had fries. So I ended up getting the onion rings. I know I got jipped, because the mozzarella fries were more than the small onion rings I got. What bugged me the most is that she could barely speak any English.
