McDonald's — Restaurant in Odessa

I have issues 7/10 times I come here, they ALWAYS forget ranch it never fails, and at least one item is not made correctly, tonight I was missing my ranch (originally the only reason I went back though) while waiting in line a second time so I could get my ranch I realized my large fry was filled half way ALSO i had asked at the speaker for extra mayo and pickles on my spicy chicken the guy didn’t put pickle on my ticket even though I said it 3 times and then at the window when “fixing” my order they took all the food back in ( which is 100%fine since I thought they were remaking it) BUT i paid for my pickles at the window 5 minutes later THEY HANDED ME THE SAME FOOD BACK WITH A CUP OF PICKLES AND THE FRYS THAT WERE HALF FULL This store really needs new night management, ones that understand the importance of food quality and excellent customer service and experience because the ones there now are absolutely not cutting it. And just in case it’s McDonald with the issue and not individual restaurants, please know the minimum stuff like ranch and pickles will never fix your food cost!!! Stop being tight wads and serve you loyal customers with respect and not penny pinch them for...

Fraser cold when I asked for fresh hot fries so I go back up ask for fresh hot fries and instead they gave me another order of the same price from the first batch that I just got wasn't too happy with it told him about it and they said well we will just give you a money back when all I wanted was hot fries so left with what I had Big Macs had more lettuce on them then expected didn't ask for a side salad with my Big Macs. Me and my sister was the first ones in then a huge rush came in I drive through right behind us even though we had ordered first two Big Macs and a small fry three vehicles got to go out before we did and they ordered pretty much the Big Macs as we did very easy order nothing hard and we still had to wait for three orders to go out of the drive-thru before us and we were still first as I know how it goes but still I think everything should be within reasonable we didn't order large meals or anything except two Big Macs and yet we had to wait for three drive-throughs to go through before we did what can I say it...

I continue to be disappointed with McDonald's. Raw pancakes, missing breakfast cutlery and syrup, and now a whole meal missing. We ordered a 20 piece mcnugget meal and a big Mac meal. The big Mac meal was missing. What the actual what, McDonald's? Show SOME professionalism. Edit 05/01/24: When someone orders an extra small fry with the happy meal, it's kinda expected that there is an EXTRA small fry. When there isn't, and you've repeated this mistake 3 times in a row, you lose credibility. Train your people right. Edit 11/05/24: When we come to McDonald's, we expect the same level of service throughout the day, from open til close. The girl taking our order seemed to not know what she was doing, putting the incorrect information into the machine, where we had to correct her multiple times. Then, we had to go through the drive-thru a second time because we had ordered 3 cups of sauce and they only gave us one. The fries are stale and nearly inedible.
