McDonald's — Restaurant in Odessa

I went into this McDonald's and ordered from the kiosk. 4 Big Macs, 2 of them with no cheese and no onion, and 3 large fries. It took over 15 minutes for them to get my order to me the first time(I know things are crazy in the drive-thru at 5 o'clock, but still)...

I saw a lady and a kid standing at the counter with empty cups trying to get a drink refill. I watched several employees walk by and either look at them and then ignore them, or just flat ignore them. Eventually, the lady gave up and walked out. The kid continued to wait patiently as people walked by over and over, completely blowing him off. I finally spoke up and asked loudly if someone was going to stop and help the kid. They looked at me dirty, but got the kid his refill.

My order comes out, 2 of the Big Mac boxes have big stickers on them that say no onions and no cheese. I almost walked out without checking, but something told me to stop. I opened the boxes and, sure enough, onions and cheese on all 4 burgers.

I got that corrected easily enough, but it turned it into an almost 25 minute ordeal with nobody physically inside the restaurant being ahead of me waiting for food. It seemed like all hands on deck to man the drive-thru, and people that get out of their cars and walk inside can just wait.

The service here is non-existent. The line can't follow instructions. The fries I got were undercooked and limp. I feel like I can survive the rest of my life without experiencing this...

I try not to write bad reviews but this was not a good experience. To start the di ing area appears to be clean when you walk inside. We ordered our food and we paid then went on our way. We were asked to come back and pay again and told our card didnt go through. When I sat down I checked the bank and we were charged 2x. I showed the cashier and she did not want to refund our money. Next, our order was missing food. When I asked the manager who was chewing gum and older blond she finally rolled her eyes and tossed the burger onto my try. Then she made a comment filled my fries and the staff laughed at me. We took the food and went to the playground. We found every table filthy. The pay area was not sanitary and to be honest should be closed down for safety and health issues. I was grateful they provided germ wipes. We packed our food and ate in the car becuse of how nasty the eating areas in this place were. My grand daughter was so dissapointed. We finally got a refund after 24 hours from the double charge. I hope the owners read this review and improve...

Went through the drive thru, sat in line and watched 2 cars arrive after me in the second lane just to have them be attended to before me. I went ahead and pulled up to the window thinking that maybe the speaker wasn't working, so I let the attendant know that I had been waiting to order. I told her I just needed a 20pc nugget and she said "oh you have to go get back in line." So I drove off and went to the McDonalds on Andrew's Hwy and just to prove my point, I ordered a 20pc nugget. I pulled up to the window paid for my order and just before I drove to the next window I asked the cash attendant if I could order a large fry......And yes the cash attendant place the order I paid and then pulled up to the next window....

The lack of customer service is what that location on University is missing. Or possibly retraining of the two girls that were standing at the cash window. Hope that no one else has to experience...
