Very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lazy.
Apparently, this location is happy to have employees stand around chatting inside the store while still getting paid to do nothing once it nears closing time.
I sat in the drive thru by the speaker for over 10 minutes. I even called the store. They did not answer. So I pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees standing around and doing nothing. They ignored me. The girl in the window began messing with the register and ignored me for another five minutes after she looked right at me. Eventually she opened the window and asked if she could help me with something. When I told her I waited at the speaker for over ten minutes, she didn't apologize and said "Well that's because we ran out of food."
So I asked her if she was just going to let the other vehicles behind me wait at the speaker, too. She again said "Well.. we're out of food."
I explained to her that that is not an excuse to ignore customers while the store is still displaying itself as open. She seemed utterly confused. I don't really believe that they were out of food. I think they were just ignoring us in the drive thru because it was close to closing time and they wanted to leave early.
I also door dash and coming to pick up orders here can be a pain with employees ignoring us.
This location currently does not offer their orange chicken on DoorDash, which is a bit like McDonalds not offering a Big Mac or french fries and when I have asked about this, I get blown off and it has been off the menu on Doordash for over a month now.
As always, Panda Express deserves an award for one thing and one thing only:
Making the worlds most inferior fried rice. I can toss rice in JUST egg and toss it in a wok of peanut oil and it will comes out better than this particularly lazy Panda's version of a BASIC Asian side dish.
Further... even if they did truly run out of food? That reflects poorly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey always make me feel like I'm doing something wrong every time I ask them why they don't answer their phones. They told me that I need to use the app, well that's lovely but my main issue is that whenever I'm trying to get Panda Express I'm usually driving as they have an hour-long commute from work. I can call, I don't want to use the app while I'm driving 75 miles an hour down the road. And so whenever I go over to Panda Express I have to spend more time than I like to waiting for food. I'm just trying to get home at a decent time. It wouldn't bother me so much if but for the four times that I asked why they don't answer their phones I got some snarky attitude about just going on the App instead, if I wanted that kind of attitude from the people that I'm trying to buy stuff from I would go to Starbucks. Honestly, this is the reason why I have pizza more often than anything and I just would like to have Chinese food in the rotation. I don't know. The food's good, honestly it's the only reason why I put up with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely the worst Panda Express Iāve ever been to in my life. This is a family favorite when we go out. Well letās just say use to be. The entire family was highly disappointed with the results of dinner tonight.
The food was disgusting looking, the service was horrible. I got beef and broccoli. The broccoli was so soggy it was like a smushed sponge. I decided to get these after finding out they no longer have several items that I normally got before.
Staff does not know how to treat customers, nor do they know how to speak English. Over the last year, the service and the quality of food that Panda Express has been serving has gone downhill and their selection is more like going to a middle school cafeteria and picking from a few items. The tea was old we didnāt get all our food
I have traveled a lot and this is one the the most pathetic and horrible ones I have ever been too. I will not be returning. Over all if I could give it a half...
