If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Me and my friends family went to eat here before a concert because we heard it was good. The waitress came to our table 5 times in the 2 hours we were there. It took over an hour for us to get our food, and when we finally got it, the manager came to our table and started accusing us of abusing our waitress and calling her names. Yes, we complained about how long the food took, but we never said anything about her. When we tried to defend ourselves, they said they would pull up the video from the cameras as "proof." They told us we needed to leave, so we told them to bring us our tickets so we could pay and leave. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring us our tickets. Only to find out they had called the cops without telling us, so I guess they were just trying to keep us at the restaurant until they arrived. And when they finally brought us the check, it was one ticket; we tried asking them to split it, and they told us to give them a second. Horrible HORRIBLE food.!!! The ladies restroom was not clean at all and of course out of toilet paper. Staff and Waitress's are never in sight to seat customers as soon as they walk in making that a 20 minute waiting time just to be seated find the waitress attending, who took our order with nothing short of a bad attitude Following my request for a manager to bring light to the horrible customer service attention that is given.

Update* Upon my review owner Shawn Rodriguez called me demanding I remove my review and even threatened to sue me for slander if I didn’t remove my opinionated review immediately!!!! On top of horrible customer service the place is ran by bullies who don’t have a clue how to run a proper business. The management has no morals and is easily influenced by outside restaurants. If you do go there, I recommend that you go there with precaution as well as precaution with the managers, especially Joby. They sell overpriced Drinks and if you do not look out they will charge you for more food and drinks than what you originally ordered for.

This has been my go-to spot since it opened because it is right down the street from my work. The staff/owners are just awesome. The food is very good. I've not had anything on their menu that I don't like. If you've not tried the peanut butter and jelly chicken wings.....I know, I know, sounds nasty....but you've got to try them at least once. Tuesdays are when they serve tacos and they are really good. If you're nice, one of the waiters might share their homemade hot sauce with you. Kidding. Everyone gets the amazing hot sauce. Wednesday is half-price bone-in wings and they are really good. Several flavors to choose from for your wings. Hamburgers are some of the best in the area, hands down.

If something isn't right about your meal, the owners will make it right, because they are always there and making sure all the customers are happy and getting what they want.
