Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory — Restaurant in Odessa

I have been eating at Rosa's since I was little and still eat there multiple times a week. I probably spend a few hundred dollars at Rosa's every single month. Since I work on West County and I live on Faudree I go to both locations all the time. That being said, the Faudree location is the absolute worst location in Odessa. If I go there 10 times out of the month, 9 of those times my order has been incorrect in the drive thru. I've not received numerous pieces of cake I ordered and was charged for as well as countless tamales and burritos,their chips are usually stale, hard and rubbery. I never go back to have them make it right because I don't realize it until I am already home and ready to have dinner. This is so disappointing because it is expensive to eat there. This week alone I ordered chicken tamales and recieved pork, ordered a large sweet tea and recieved unsweetened with no ice at all. I also have to wait 20 minutes in thethe drive thru vs maybe 5 at the West county location. My order is never wrong or missing anything at the West county location as well. This is infuriating when you spend so much money and are loyal to a business. I can easily go to Texas burger in the same parking lot and not have to wait in liml but choose Rosa's instead. Please...

The 191/faudree location is by far the best in Odessa. The service is always fast friend and accurate. I would suggest having their managers train other stores on how to better serve customers! Food is always hot fresh and mouthwatering. And F.Y.I when you order queso they actually fill the cup up not like other locations where you are lucky to get half a cup! The staff is always smiling and eager to serve the managers run a tight ship from what I have seen as I wait a short time for my order and the black lady that hands out orders inside always has a smile no matter how busy she is! I have seen the older Hispanic manger get on a register himself to help move lunch orders along I absolutely love this location and its by far the cleanest too! Just wish they offered xlrg drinks like taco villa and texas burger because they have amazing tea and 32oz is not enough to make it till 5pm and no way to keep a gallon cold but hey ill take less tea for fast friendly effiencient accurate...

Normally this location is spot on, but here lately they would rather have it waiting at the window on you than having the order correct. I just ordered combination nachos with no sour cream, two crispy tacos and a drink. Like I said I pull up and pay the food is shoved in my face and the window is shut. It wasn't until I get back to the office I notice that I didn't even get my drink. I get inside and open the nachos and chips are drowning in cheese sauce with maybe 6 jalapenos and I can see where sour cream had been removed.

Bobby Cox wouldn't be impressed to say the least. This is the first time this has happened to me. Texas Burger is much better with there service but how many burgers can you eat before...
