Starbucks — Restaurant in Odessa

We love this location and we have been coming here for years mainly because of some of the staff that is really nice and outside seating. However they don't seem to be a "participant store" in any of Starbucks promotions (like the free refills on brewed tea/coffee implemented sinceJanuary). Also, they have been fast in implementing the new policies of charging for water and close the restrooms, but not the one of having the condiment bar back or the place clean for customers (outside seating is almost always dirty). We have started to go to a different location sometimes because of these issues. Nothing changes...

Me and my bf have came here two times and ordered the same thing from last time. Caramel frap and Caramel macchiato. These past two times our drinks were so nasty. Didn’t even taste like they were made correctly. The caramel frap had no taste literally just frozen and watered down. The caramel macchiato was nasty. Barely any caramel and any ice. Tasted like straight milk no expresso. Definitely won’t be coming back a 3rd time. I order these drinks all the time from other Starbucks I know exactly how they...
