I have never felt more welcomed in a restaurant till today, these were the sweetest kindest people I have met. Me and my boyfriend came in to grab some food they let me taste test the menudo to see if I like how it was cooked I did it was amazing! I also ordered a carne asada torta but they didn’t have enough to make it so I got the carnita torta instead (also really really good) the lady told us to have a seat while the guy made it and she brought us some chips and salsas to try it, again amazing. they also made me two carne asada tacos with what they had left cause they felt bad and those were fantastic my boyfriend is very picky and has never had carne asada till today he picked it up and tried it said it was amazing I was so happy will definitely be a regular...

The food was delicious, starting with the fresh chips and the salsas that came out with them. My favorite was the green avocado sauce because I'm not too much of a spicy tolerant person. My mom's favorite was the creamy orange sauce, but she did state that one was spicy but addicting. I tried the carne asada torta with a side of fries and the torta had a generous portion of carne asada inside. The carne asada was well seasoned, the fries were fresh and crispy and came with a side of ketchup and a fry dipping sauce with a kick to it. This place is amazing I'm from California I'm Mexican and this is the first Mexican restaurant I've been to you in Utah that made me feel at home!!! Carlos and his wife Adylinna are awesome! People need to know about this hidden gym in Ogden Utah! Sometimes it may look like it's closed but it's not as long as the lit up sign is on that says open.
