Wish I could give ZERO stars. We have been here multiple times TRYING TO GIVE IT A CHANCE. Always horrible service. Anytime we have ordered something it has taken way too long to arrive, and if it does arrive it’s cold and disgusting. Twice I have gone and ordered the small size for sushi, both times they have given the full order. When I brought it to their attention they told me to keep the full order. I specifically told them I ordered the smaller size to try other things. They refused to give the smaller size and still wanted me to pay for full size. Another time we went and ordered baked mussels. We were there for an hour and a half and the mussels still didn’t arrive. I asked them for the bill and told them I don’t want it as we are done and ready to leave . They still charged for it and brought it out right before we paid as we were standing by the register. The mussels were cold and the mayo sauce was hardening which means it was probably sitting the entire time. We told them we don’t want it but we’re told to put it in a take out box and to pay for it. This last time we went with our parents and wanted to pay for my dads plates since it’s Father’s Day. We separated his plates and paid for them on our tab but THEY STILL CHARGED for this plates so all in all we paid double. we explained it THREE TIMES that we are paying for HIS, its Father’s Day!!! They still charged for his orders even though the plates were on OUR TAB. It’s not right, always bad service and they never offer to fix anything they just make you pay for it. We literally told them 3 times that we took his order and want to pay for it but she still CHARGED him his items again. I don’t get it, it’s always such poor service. Never going back again. Horrible horrible service. It seems like they are just greedy for money. Money hungry and no customer service...

Overall I really like this place! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. It has a little train when you make special requests which is so much fun and my 2 year old niece loves it. I gave service a 3 because it's really hit or miss depending on who is working. I've had some really awesome servers and yesterday I got my first not so great server.

5/2/23: Yesterdays server was also seating people but she would keep them waiting without even acknowledging them while she kept doing what appeared to be nothing. It bothered me because it wasn't just us she did it to and there was literally nobody else in the restaurant but my group of 5 and she made the group after us wait 5 minutes before she even told them she would help. She never really came to check in on us and the minute you made a request (like getting a menu) she would drop it off and leave as fast as possible without asking if you need anything. My husband literally had to walk up to the front and make a request for food because she wouldn't even look up to see us waiving our hands for her to come over after 15 minutes of waiting for her to come to us.

Note: I don't feel like anyone working had the courage to tell her she was doing a bad job but she was literally the only person on the staff waiting tables of the 4 or 5 workers (2 or 3 are the sushi chefs). I saw the chefs look over at her to see when she was going to help the customers.

That is just one bad example and I definitely don't want it to deter anyone from trying this place. The food is good and I know from experience they do have some really great people working for them. I just hope the one server was having an off day or management...

Ate there the other day. I think that most here are not used to the way a sushi-go-round or rolling sushi bar is supposed to work. Combine that with the fact they just opened, it may be frustrating people. I would say if anyone was not happy their first time there…give the restaurant another try in a few months after they get a good rhythm going and have full staff and menu. That said…few suggestions: Minimum 4 people constantly making dishes to go out, plus 2 in the back making other food (fried, soup, salad). I saw too much standing around from one female chef. Don’t seat people so spread out. We were sat all the way in the back/end of the conveyor. Meaning we’d either get the food and it was cold (if it was supposed to be warm) or we didn’t get anything at all, due to not being able to specifically order things to our table every time. I know we’re not in Japan where most dishes are smaller portions and average $1.10-$3.25..but I think the prices could come down $0.25-0.50 per dish and still could make profit. Be less Americanized with the sushi. Perhaps use Google Chrome and it’s automatic translation feature and check out some Japanese sites for sushi-go-round restaurants to get ideas of better fitting styles of dishes to make. For example there’s a simple one with rice wrapped with nori and a little spoonful of cream cheese corn on top. 2 of those on one dish for $1.50-2.00 would be great! Regardless I’ll be back in a few months to try again, hopefully things will have been ironed out and more efficient. Happy to at least have a...

Sushi Pro is totally worth the experience! But be forewarned - it is incredible dangerous having so many scrumptious dishes chugging along next to you for the picking! Dangerous because your belly can be at risk in busting, and your pocketbook can be at risk of withering away! My daughter and I took on the experience with glee, and within about 45 minutes, we had two tall stacks of empty plates on our table, and we were both gently patting out bellies! The concept is somewhat unique in America, but not so much in China. A conveyor belt brings out an endless stream of sushi rolls, appetizers, side dishes, and desserts - you just pick whatever you want. Conveniently placed signs on the conveyor belt describe what the following items are along with a price, so you know exactly what you are taking. Traditional items ordered from the kitchen are delivered to the tables by a radio controlled train. It just doesn't get much cooler than this! You do have a choice of paying per plate taken, or all you can eat. They've got it figured out - the cost was about identical based on what we took compared to all you can eat. The waitress was also nice in telling us that she'd calculate it both ways and charge us for the lesser of the two. I'd rate the sushi about a 6 or 7 out of 10. There is definitely better and worse out there. But I'd opt for Sushi Pro given the ability to try small portions of a lot of different dishes. The boba drinks are not that great though - we'll stick to waters next time. If I'm super hungry and want some variety, this is the place I'd go!

Surprisingly good sushi for landlocked state. Sushi delivered by TINY TRAIN. Lots of well-lit seating and it was shaped in a square shape. It also has booths as well as individual countertop style seating. You can see the mountains quite easily through one of the windows as well. While they had all of the classic combinations such as dragon rolls, tiger rolls, California roll. They also had a few original combinations such as the Weber roll and the Harrison roll and the Playboy roll. Ingredients are clearly listed. They also had a lot of novelty sodas. You don't have to go grab them off the conveyor belt. There's also a little soda fridge to the right as you come in so you can make a decision as you leave lol. The sushi was pretty reasonably fresh tasting overall and only a few poorly cut pieces of nigiri here or there. They also have items such as chicken teriyaki with a side of steamed broccoli that my son liked. Any specialty orders that you make comes on a teeny tiny train which I found just adorable. Much to the amusement of the staff. There is no electronic way of ordering so you have to wave over a staff member to ask for any items, but they are pretty darn attentive while giving you space. They have men's and ladies rooms and you can clearly see into their kitchen if you choose to. Overall a great experience. Even if I did accidentally spend more than I wanted to. Those little plates add up lol.
