Subway — Restaurant in Ogden

I ordered, on 4/16 and, again, on 5/13, through DoorDash, 6inch B.L.T. toasted, on Italian bread. 12inch Subway Melt, toasted, on Italian Herbs & Cheeses bread, with Provolone Cheese, spinach, black pepper, and red wine vinegar.

on 4/16 I received the orders with completely mismatched ingredients. 6 inch Turkey & Bacon, with provolone, spinach, and Italian Dressing (not vinegar) on toasted Italian herbs and cheeses bread. 12 inch Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and ham on untoasted italian bread. not sliced in half (which is no big deal, there)

On 5/13, I received 6inch Bacon & Lettuce (no tomato) on Italian bread, untoasted 12inch Subway Melt, missing the provolone, missing the vinegar, and on untoasted Italian Bread.

I wouldn't have written a review if it was only for the mistake on 4/16, but to mess up the same order, twice, in two different ways - well its worth writing about.

Still ate it, of course. Still...

Completely unprofessional experience. I ordered my sandwich online, picked it up from the mobile order area. Opened it in my car and had all sorts of vegetables that I didn't ask for and wasn't even toasted. Instead of making a new sandwich this guy starts picking off olives one by one like he's going to give me back the sandwich. I tried not to laugh and told him he could re use the meat if he gave me new bread to put it on. He walked away and kept muttering rude things under his breath like this whole event was my fault or something. I was very nice and told him no rush I'm not in a hurry but I do expect to get what I ordered. This is crazy. I don't even want to come back here over his reaction on me asking him to do his job, the right way without oversight. Please address the attitude problem with the only Male employee 4/19/25@5:20PM RIDICULOUS...

Okay so I walk in the door and all 3 of the employees are sitting at a table, so we walk up to the counter and one of the workers says "we will be with you in a moment" and I'm just like wth, am I interrupting your hard work? So me and my grandpa wait at the counter for like 5 minutes before someone walks up to help us. Then was impolite to my grandpa who was hard of hearing. Finally they all get up while we're about half way done ordering, and not a single one of them had a hairnet. While making our food they skipped on ingredients, and cheaped out on sauce. I knew times were tough but geez, this was bad lmao. Literally hire any body else to manage, because there seemed to be no structure to...
