I have to say, this is the most disappointing store of the franchise. It seems like every time I go to the 4312 Harrison Blvd location, my order is incorrect in some way. Yesterday I stopped by, asked for a #6 with one chicken, one steak, both nacho cheese. Asked for NO tomatoes or sour cream on either of them. Good thing I'm not allergic or anything. I didn't think it was too difficult of a request, but when I got home, I had a beef w/ nacho cheese, and a steak with sour cream and tomatoes. I would not have been as upset if the guy on the mic didn't have me repeat everything I ordered twice. Even the screen was correct when I went to the window. The guy at the drive-thru was obviously new and still learning. That is fine. I understand that. But even if the cook was new, it's not hard to read off the screen what to put on the flatbread. I also didn't get any napkins either. This should be automatic to put them in the bag.
Now all of this wouldn't be an issue if this was a one time occurrence, but every time I go to their establishment, I feel like writing this review. It has gotten to become an expectation to get a messed up order. I will be going out of my way to a different store next time, or just not eat Taco Bell. It's sad that I have to go out of my way because one store can't get their...
Read moreI have 4 kids and they love the potato grillers. Along with a few other items, I also ordered 3 hard shell Supreme Tacos (my favorite).I purchased $26 of food that was all crammed into one bag. This location often gets my order wrong so I asked them to please put my order into two bags and they confirmed that everything was in it. When I got home, I found that not only were my tacos missing but that the Grillers were messed up too. I went back to the store where I met two managers. Both were African American, one male the other female (I didn't see any name tags). When I started to express my concerns I was rudely cut off by the male Mgr and was told that there’s nothing wrong with my order. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He told me “I’m the District Mgr, there’s no one over me.” Then he said he made my order himself and that there’s nothing wrong with it. I persisted in telling him about my kids and their favorite Grillers, in which I was cut off again by an extremely rude response “Fine I’ll remake the order.” He then made 5 nice and full Grillers, but he was very upset and condescending when I told him about my missing tacos. The other Mgr was very nice...
Read moreOn two separate occasions, I have had two different staff members give me a complimentary drink. They didn't mess up my order, I was already paying for food--so it wasn't that they were lazy and didn't want to run my card, and I didn't ask for it. They just gave them to me because they "wanted to make my day better".
I go out of my way to go here now because they did that for me. I don't go expecting them to do that again, but I do because I appreciate that they did. I think they're trying to improve their public reputation amid a string of poor reviews, and they'll always have my business.
Furthermore--and I hate coming off as a staunch traditionalist--but the newer Taco Bell designs have always looked super lame to me, and this one has yet to be renovated to that design style. The new design lacks color and vibrance, both of which this one has. This actually makes a significant difference to me when considering whether or not I am going to sit down or head to the drive thru. These people are trying and they care, and the food is, as always, what you'd expect from Taco...
