Swig — Restaurant in Ogden

They seem to be living in a bubble. Their front door says there's no inside business transactions & to go to Door Dash & mark "here." I downloaded the app in their parking lot. It had no option to choose a location & wanted me to drive to Clinton to pick up my order. Um. I went to the Google maps and clicked order online there. And, still had issues :There was no option to mark "here." I ordered one 16 oz drink (not customized) & a small cookie. It took 20 mins!! I finally called them (BTW the # for them in Door Dash is not the right one.). Back to Google maps to find the righy number. Then I called and said I had been waiting over 20 mins. When would I be notified my order was ready? The reply was - "Come through the drive thru." Um I was on my motorcycle which is the entire reason I did not go through the Drive Thru to begin with!! Couldn't I have walked up?!?! Idk but.... those instructions weren't on the door.

I was 4 miles from home after a 3 hour motorcycle ride. I thought stopping to get a soda would be easy! It was not. However I will say this was my first and last experience...

The girls who work here are fast and super nice! But my drink order is often wrong. I have tried ordering on the app so I know that the info is put in correctly, but there is always ice in my drink when I ask for no ice. The worst part is that the drink is never remade, they just dump out the ice and top it off. I understand saving product, but then the proportions are off and the flavor is wrong. No ice is the only real change I make to the drink, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask. My orange slice wasn’t in my drink either, but it’s irritating for both the customer and the employees to have to go through the line three times. You’d think they’d double check the drink the second time around. There’s never compensation offered either. The girls are very kind but it’s a waste of time to have to go through multiple times, and overall not...

In the past this Swig location made the best Dirty Dr Peppers but lately they have been horrible. The last few times I have visited this location the drinks have been completely flat. When I’ve asked about the issue I’ve been told that I’m crazy because no one ever complains about the drinks being flat. Today I was told that my wife and I are the only two people who have ever complained about the Dr Pepper being flat and that it is an issue with us and not an issue with the drink itself.
