4 Seasons Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in Ohio

Worse service . when my friend and I first entered at 8 we were not greeted and watched about 3 of their employees walk right by us, we had to “scream” that we were here for a party for them to finally direct us to the back room. There was a main event happening and the other side was also packed full of people who weren’t aware of a party . If you didn’t haven enough servers who would be able to service EVERYONE you shouldn’t have been money hungry . You should have closed for the night and attended to who you wanted to . I sat for 2 hours before I got my hookah . Then another 20 minutes for her to bring the tubes which wasn’t enough for the people there, the tips were not included, not sure how long more they had to wait for the tips and coal to arrive.

If 2 people are allowed to be on the hookah without the additional charge of 6dollars you should be able to bring 2 tubes per hookah. She didn’t bring enough and dropped it at the end of the table , as a server myself I would have handed it individually to those who did not have a tube for their hookah. The food we order never came . I don’t like how we were treated . I sat for about 3 hours and couldn’t even get a water bottle . Apparently the sprite was flat . If it wasn’t for our host bringing games we wouldn’t have had anything to do . You walk past 2 rooms full of comfortable booths and the private room consists of lawn chairs . I would like to give this establishment 0 starts . You ruined a good night . And Yes we were the only black...

So far the best and 1# hooka lounge I’ve ever been in 3 states , amazingly clean and organized, decorated with traditional folklore style art from Arab culture, If you like me , nostalgic to the old times, go enjoy and live the moment. The service was amazing, super professional, friendly, attentive and welcoming, James is the star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️in customer service sky

The management is the code behind this success of course, Mr. Yasser was very nice and welcoming, He introduced himself politely and nicely,and invited me to come again, which im definitely doing ..hooka was fresh, beautiful and lasted for hours .. Their Kenafa is Yummy, soooooo good Turkish coffee was top . Parking is available and free Location is very convenient. Definitely highly recommended And I’ll visit more often now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️great...

Nice, new, big, clean, and inviting place to hang out and enjoy hookah with friends. Great flavors, comfy seating, and cool lighting. The staff was attentive and friendly. The place is big, separated into two large lounge spaces. There is a patio area and a side room with hookah items for sale. They do have a food menu, but the cut-off time for ordering seemed a bit early. Congrats on the opening! Best of luck. We will spread the word and...
