So 2 days in a row this place has proven that they have terrible service and honestly just needs to close altogether. Tried to stop yesterday (Saturday evening) place is lit up like its open had a car at the window 1 in front of us and 1 behind. . 4 cars total with NO service so I call to have them say they close at 8! Just a thought but maybe you should turn your outside lights off if you're closed! And post your hours on your drive thru speaker like you have the sign that says you are out of "some" items..... more like ALL items! We go back early today to give them a 2nd chance only to be told 1- no poppers....fine we will take curly fries....yep those aren't available either ok so give me mozzarella sticks which they have but "I'm sorry I was just informed we are out of beef and can't give you the beef and cheddar sandwiches would you like something else" ummmm NO.. don't want the raw chicken sandwiches that you served friends of mine a few weeks ago! Fries weren't even filled all the way (just like they were previously) got the smallest little nuggets which half of them were so hard I could've chipped a tooth on. Well I tried to try this place again. And once again disappointed. Order a 1/2 roast beef. Got charged for a beef and cheddar. Asked for no bun and in a bowl. Got it in a box. Meat was cold. Then asked at the window if I could have red ranch sauce, Got charged for that. Didn't notice I was charged for a beef and cheddar... that already comes with the red ranch sauce.. so pretty much Got charged double. I ran an Arby's for 11 years. It's not that difficult. Can tell this one is privately owned. Definitely doesn't care about the customer experience. To make matters worst, the customer care representative that comments on here telling people to go to their website to leave a review. The store is not even available...
Read moreBeing an Arby's lover for a long time, it's so sad and disappointing to see how bad THIS location has went downhill!! Firstly, their inside has been closed so long now I can't remember when it was last opened. Drive thru is THE only option. The sad part of that is, they are out of, or mess so much up you have to go back though to fix it. Secondly, another huge problem is the packs of sauce you receive, even AFTER you ask for X amount.... I mean come on, why so stingy with the packs of sauce! Geez, 2-3 packs per sandwich doesn't seem like a deal breaker to me! Lastly, the people. I can't say ALL of them, but boy oh boy there are some EXTREMELY rude ones employed there!! My last visit I pulled up to window and literally had my bag shoved at me and not even a second to ask for anything, window shut and person gone! It is so terrible to see this place being run in the ground like this!
