We ordered our food through the drive thru and when it was brought home. There was food that was missing that was ordered. Not paid for but was on the screen ordered. I had coupons and of the food ordered only one coupon was used. So the rest was charged full price. So half of my order was not there. Only one coupon was applied and you know what the manager wanted to do!?! Apply the coupons! Really! Or I can drive the 20 miles back to restaurant with the order and they could give me my money back. Or I could have 3 free meals. Well since I will never go back to them ever again that does me no good. Or I can waist 3 gallons of gas for their mistake. Called the next day and spoke with the manager who also had no idea what to do. So they took my order and money, and are not refunding me for it. They didnât know who to call, email, or anything. Basically just hung me out to dry and provided no assistance at all. There is no option within the app to cancel an order once it is placed, and no help option within the app. The only option you have is to call the store.    Read moreThis is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that i have gone through this Arbys drive thru and have been waited on by one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life. Her name is Ruth. When i asked for a drink carrier, she was very rude, like it was asking too much, then she handed me the food and i had to ask for arbys sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and gave them to me while dropping some of them. And this happened both times i visited the drive thru. Im guessing as long as shes working there ill go to another store. If you are that unhappy with your job ..
