I went for brunch to this place on a Sunday afternoon afternoon. The place wasn't too busy, yet I had to stand at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone came up to tale my order. The gals in the kitchen were too buy chatting and giggling even though they could see customers in the front.
After placing my order for a grinder, fries and a salad, I was told they would bring my food out to me soon. Well apparently, "soon" in their vocabulary means 20 minutes. And the tragedy was, that the food wasn't worth the long wait.
Despite the sub-par food, I was foolish enough to order their ice-cream, which was advertised as "one of the best in America". What a joke! I've had better tasting ice-cream bough from grocery stores!
It's sad that businesses who employ inexperienced high school teens do not train them in proper customer service mannerisms, and the food quality has gone down the toilet. I suggest people avoid the agony and go somewhere else where they actually have trained adults...
Read moreBellacino’s.. On the recommendation of my s.o., who heard about your place from someone else, this was my very first time ordering from your restaurant & trying one of your Reuben sandwiches & it was good & filling! The bread is ‘o~mazing’! Word of mouth is really significant! I had never heard of this place. I wanted a menu so that I could see what I would like for the next order but there were none. Missy needs more professionalism & needs to learn how to exhibit pleasant greetings when taking orders over the phone, & she needs more knowledge on your sides & items since there is no menu at this time. One never knows who they are talking to & who is on the other side of the telephone. I could be a secret shopper.. Megan delivered our sandwiches & she was sweet as an apple pie!
Kudos & Thank you to the Management of...

The consistency of the sandwich was awesome, as I don't like overly crip baked sandwiches. Best find...The garlic bread, made with the foccacia, with cheese was delicious, and it was a steal, as it was under $4 for 8 pieces. 1/4 grinder with salad is a good budget-driven, stomach filling option at $8.50. Grinder with the chicken breast wasn't a do-over. Felt like processed chicken. Had it been freshly cooked, it would have been impressive. Definitely a do-over, though, at this pizza and grinder joint to...
