I was just at this location exactly an hour ago. Me and my girlfriend were the only one in line at thw drivethru for about 5 mins. As soon as i heard the chick over the speaker i knew we were going to have some trouble. We asked her for a couple minutes to decide what we wanted to eat and she replied yes thats ok, but not even 3 seconds later she rudely ask if we were ready to order. Once again we told her hold on give us another minute! It was like she genuinely didnt want to help us at all, "Are you done?" "Is that all?" We felt extremely rushed and she had one the worst attidudes ive ever encountered in fast food! We ended up ordering a #2 on a separate order and a oreo shamrock shake on a another! At the order screen we specifically stated that we needed those on 2 different orders. So we finally get to the window and she rung up all the food on one order. This was the straw the broke the camels back, we asked her if she could put the shake on ine order and the meal on the other. She grunted in frustration and slammed the pick up window so hard that it opened right back up!!! We just took our business to Taco Bell and got the new Core Burritos and they were AMAZING i must say! Screw this Burger King, that was the worst...
Read moreI just had the worst experience. The guy taking my order had such an attitude when I told him I was a reward code. First he tried charging me for an extra meal and I told him I only wanted one meal. I told him that it was okay and to not worry about putting my rewards in and that I would just use it next time. He then raises his voice with an attitude and goes on to say how he was to completely redo my order and tell the guys in the kitchen what’s going on. He then wouldn’t give me back my $20 (window was shut) so I had to honk and I had had enough. I took my $20 and went to the next window to let them know I was cancelling my order. I told the man at the next window what happened and he said “well that’s what he was trying to do. He was trying to put your rewards in”. I said he needed to change his attitude and I left.
I have worked at many restaurants and I completely understand if someone is having a bad day. But there is no reason for a worker to be that rude and unapologetic towards a customer. I was being nice the whole time trying to understand what was happening.
Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this Burger King. I used to love it and the employees, but this just completely ruined...

No one was seen at the first window… we pull forward, then a voice yells “ Hey BACKUP!
I pay and had them the money, he snatches it out of my hand, pushes the change into my hand , I say thank you, we turns away
I tell them well you were no where to be seen so we thought we needed to go to the second window! We pull to the second window , they ask if we got our ice coffee, said no.
They hand us our order, we say thank you! Rudy the second employee turns around and say “THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!” sarcastically… Seriously, if you don’t like your job QUIT! If it weren’t for paying customers you wouldn’t even have a job( that you obviously hate)… I was close to pulling in and asking for the manager. But chances are it wouldn’t have helped either.
