Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Ohio

Very disappointed in the service and the friendliness of thr workers. Called in an order was told it would be ready to pick up in y0 mi minutes i get here in 55 minutes pay for my orxer they handed me an order wasnt even mine . i said no i ordered 2 pizzzas the manager opened thr one pizza?box and its my deluxe she saod waiting on a pepperoni. So i satvdown. Waited like 30 or 35vminutes finally got up and asked is my order ready yet. Orc course thry had forgotten my name and chexk a box they kept pizza warm in and mine were in there. Not sure how long thetmy were in there. Buti got them home sone 7 minutes awY. And of course the deluxe was horrable it had sat there so long. It wasnt even right i ordered it with no onions and it had onions on it. And pepperoni wasnt even warm itself . so its hsrd to say how long they sat in thst box. Never order pizza from cassanos again. Iwas told long ago thst vic cassano difntvcate about his employees or his customers and i truely believ3 this. This is not our first bad experience with this business but degineately...

I GREW UP IN DAYTON…. LOVED THIS PIZZA SINCE I WAS A KID….. EVERY TIME IM IN DAYTON MY WIFE & I GET A PIZZA… THIS TIME WE DECIDED TO EAT IN…. INSTEAD OF CARRYOUT ….. WE ORDERED … EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT, HELPFUL & FRIENDLY…. PIZZA WAS DONE ..,.. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT …. WE STARTED TO EAT…. AND A MAN CAME IN , SITS DOWN @ OUR TABLE AND DEMANDS CASH…. THIS SCARED MY WIFE….. I TOLD HIM I DIDNT HAVE ANY CASH THAT WE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD….. HE SAID “I SEE ALL THAT JEWELRY SHE WEARING , SAW YOU DRIVIN A BENZ & YOU GOT NO CASH” …. I STARTED TO STAND UP, HE GOT UP & LEFT. MY WIFE WAS SO UPSET AND AFRAID THAT SHE COULDN’T FINISH EATING…. I FINISHED EATING AND WENT TO GET THE CAR… MY WIFE WAS AFRAID TO WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT IN THE DARK…. I ESCORTED HER OUT THE DOOR & SAFELY INTO THE CAR….. WE DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENED…. IT WAS VERY UNCOOL….$28 FOR A 14” PIZZA AND THEN ACCOSTED DURING DINNER…. VERY UNCOOL …. WONT BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION… WILL PICK A SAFER AREA OF TOWN NEXT TIME…… MY WIFE WAS SCARED…....

Absolutley terrible experience!!! Ordered delivery, large pepperoni, a Cassini, and a sub. What they delivered an hour and a half later was horrendous and inedible. The pizza was wrong... instead of plain pepperoni that was for the kids we got a rubbery center loaded cold supreme. My kids were not touching that atrocity. The sandwiches were the most mayonnaise sloppy things I have ever seen. Totally gross and you guessed it... cold. After a back and forth with the call center I had to take the terrible food back to the store which was SLOW and full of lazy employees blasting terrible music. After waiting another 35min in the store they remake my order and finally give it to me. When I got it home we finally started to eat after initially ordering three hours later. What a joke! And to top it off they got our sandwiches wong!!!! Still waiting on a return call from...
