Used to love this place, regular customer for probably 15 years. After tonight I’ll never go back, it was only a simple mistake on their part but the way they handled it that ruined it for me, terrible customer service. Apparently I ordered by phone one time at a different address for delivery, they pegged my phone number to that address, sure lots of food places do that, wasn’t my address but whatever. Since I’ve ordered several times from their Chownow APP on the phone, it asks you twice for a delivery address, so I ordered like normal with my address for food to be delivered to my fiancé who’s at home and I’m at work. My phone starts blowing up at work and I can’t answer it right away, it’s cocoas and they leave a voicemail saying they’re outside some apartment and need let in, it was that address my phone number was pegged to. When my order came in from online, even though it had the right shipping address on it, they ended my phone number and used the address with came up attached to it instead, why???? So I text my fiancé and said I can’t answer and to call and find out what’s going on... She texts me back and said they’re at the apartment which is about a mile away and they know where to go now... another 30-40 min go by.. foods still not there, so she calls back. This time they say “oh yeah your foods sitting here at the shop, we’ll send it right out”. They sent it back to the shop and weren’t going to even send it back out for delivery!! Then left it sit on a counter, now going on 2 hour old food! She asked if they were going to remake it since it’s old and cold now and they said no, it’s still hot. At this point I told her to call back and say don’t deliver it, cut our losses with it and just say give us our money back we’ll order somewhere else. They said they can’t refund because the money came from the 3rd party app... THEY WONT REFUND!! So they delivered the old cold ass food and said they’ll just credit us the same order for free for tomorrow. Yeah... that’s what I want, the same thing tomorrow. Read moreHorrible delivery experience, do not recommend. We ordered a pizza and steak salad for delivery. They forgot the steak salad, which is fine, those things happen but when we pay for our food he rudely asked how much we wanted back to insinuate he expected his tip before even finishing our order which is highly unprofessional. So we tip him thinking hey maybe that will encourage him to expedite delivering the rest of our order (although to be frank a fiscal incentive should not be necessary when it was their error). We ended up waiting longer for the salad we already paid for than the original wait for the pizza! Finally the salad gets here and he scurried off so quickly we where unable to tell him once again the order was incorrect, it was a garden salad instead of a steak salad. Thankfully 2 minutes later as we where on the phone once again trying to get our order correct a completely different driver shows up with the correct salad. Now i am sure they were quite busy as many places where closed, and as always the pizza was delicious (the salad was not very fresh obviously), we just unfortunately felt our abysmal delivery experience should be brought to light, especially since we waited for over an hour for a salad and didn't get any sort of condolence items (not trying to 'score' free food but many places do give coupons or a discount for mistakes like this. Read moreI had an issue with delivery from the Canfield store and they did nothing about it. The driver from a delivery service evidently dropped the pizza because all of the toppings were off the pizza and on the side of the box. They said sorry, once it leaves our door its not our responsibility. I tried to reach a Gm only got a DM, said she would look into it. Nobody called me back. So I left a bad review for Canfield and they took the review off. The pizza was $25 and I paid an $8 tip and they did nothing. I decided to give them a second chance and the RUDEST lady answered the phone. I started to give her my order and she was like HOLD ON we are busy here I need certain info first. When I gave her my name she said hold on again. I think she was asking if they would sell to me. She gets back on the phone and I started to explain about my experience and she said, look we are busy I know all about it just give me your order. It's very good pizza but she was extremely rude and the Manager at Canfield was even more rude. Look at the all the reviews, be willing to take rude behavior to get a decent pizza at a high price.
