Creno's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Crenos pizza. On Friday the 5th I called and placed a delivery order to my work on Granville Rd. I was charged twice, which I discovered on Saturday the 6th. I first called the location in Heath, spoke to the manager for less than 5 mins. She insisted they had no record of my order and that due to the delivery location, it must have been the Deo drive location. I called Deo drive, spoke to the manager for almost 20 mins. He also insisted it had to be their location but he also has no record. He finally made the decision to have me come into the location and pick up cash for the over charge. He was going to leave a note for the manager on duty so they knew what was going on. I went in to the location on Deo today, the manager on duty declined to honor the previous manager and said ‘I have no record of it so I can’t help you’. So here I am. Both locations ‘can’t find my order’ and refuse to help. I’m now having to fight it through my bank because Crenos refuses to help. I’m not upset at having to fight it through my bank, I’m upset that of the folks I spoke with at Crenos only one took the time to try and help. Needless to say, this experience has taken one of my favorite pizza places...

Great experience at this Creno’s location. We’ve never been to a pizza place where you selected your toppings from a “Subway sandwich “ type counter. The two of us ordered slightly different toppings, which these half&half selections were received and executed by the employee with willingness and friendliness. The pizza was cooked and ready within 5 minutes from the large pizza oven. Oh my! it was yummy! Toppings hot, melted (cheeses), with flavors nicely blended. The crust bottom was delightfully crunchy. Since we live near Zanesville we discussed the other Creno’s locations with the employee who told us this is the only location that he knows of that has this type of “build your own pizza”. We’ll definitely go back!, so much so that it’s worth driving the...

Unfortunately my kids and I are sick, so they were in the basement cooling off and I was in the upstairs bathroom and we didn't hear when our delivery driver knocked on the door. Zack went above and beyond by leaving a personalized note in our pizzas letting us know that he did try to call and knock on our door, but had to leave the pizzas on the front porch.

Some people don't realize it's the little things that matter, especially when you're not feeling well, just trying to feed your kids. Huge thanks to Zach for his simple act of kindness and communication. Being relatively new to the area, Creno's has been a favorite of our household since we moved in. Thanks again & we will definitely be ordering...
