Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I placed an order this evening at 8:05..It was finally delivered at 9:16.. It was cold and tasted like cardboard..I called the store to tell them,she wanted to give me a credit, i said no I want my money back!! She then said in order to receive a refund I had to return the Pizza… So I did just that!! When i walked in neither employee said a word to me for a few minutes,A younger man with a terrible attitude came up to me and started giving me an attitude,I actually said to him YOU MUST NOT LIKE YOUR JOB,as he was throwing things around acting like a child!!! Then a girl came over to me and started doing my refund,I ask her 3 times for the kids name with the ATTITUDE,finally she said his name,not that I believe that she told me the truth…. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!!! That boy needs a good lesson in customer service!!!! Actually if he worked for me he would have been fired on the spot!!! I made them aware that i planned on calling corporate, and I will go see there manager tomorrow!!!! I will never order here again until there customer service...

Gave this store an hour and a half to prepare my order. Arrived to pick up two pizzas and a spinach roll. The counter girl told me they were packing up my second pizza at the moment and took my payment. I waited 15 minutes and inquired about my second pizza (as I can see the oven and boxing area clearly from where I stood). She insisted it would be only a few more minutes. Ten minutes pass then she walked over to a pink hair employee (again well within my view and earshot) and said we forgot to make the second pizza for this person. By now my first pizza and spinach roll were cold. She returned to the counter to tell me I could wait another ten minutes or take what they had finished. I already paid and was certainly not going to pay for a second pizza I didn't receive! I waited an additional 15 minutes for the completion of my order. No apologies, no offer for coupon, no offer to make an additional item free of charge, nothing! It amazes me how this place is still...

I was extremely excited to hear that a Domino's Pizza was opening up close to home but this Domino's does not live up to expectations set by other locations. I would much rather drive 20 minutes to another location of the chain before eating at this location ever again. The food may be good but you will be sick for days after eating here. I have tried to eat here many times and the results are the same everytime. Suprise corporate visits are a must and the watching of cameras because clearly some employees are not clean or ingredients are not being properly stored for a whole family of people to be getting sick from this location after multiple visits. If you are in the area and are craving pizza Pizza Hut, Papa John's and local favorites of Italo's, JP's, Wolf's Den and for sure Bruno's are much better options to eat at without feeling sick afterwards. My family will for sure be eating at any of these pizza shops before returning back to this...
