Beware dunkin donuts perks members. This place does not honor the prices even though the advertise as if they do. The owner is extremely rude and has no interest in providing customer assistance. I had a problem with the quality and pricing of the coffee I had ordered. The incompetence of his employees and of him was mind blowing. I was overcharged and he refused to refund my 1.76$. Out of all the dunkin’ donut restaurants i’ve been to, i’ve never had as many issues with them, as i have with this location! Customer service is horrible, and i’m constantly having to have my drink remade. Yes, i go to others, but this is the closest one to me that i stop at before work. Mind you, their prices are more higher, than other places. Not worried about the money, but when i’m paying for a drink/food and it’s constantly being made incorrectly it gets annnoying. If u open at 430. U need to be ready to go by 430. Waited behind the cones in the drive thru finally left at almost 10 mins later. Time before this. Ladies want to talk to eachother more then hurrying up and getting people their order. People are there bright and early fornanreason they have to get to work. They don't have time for ur bullshit!

Update, 4/12/25 the weekend older ladies still sucking at their jobs. Paid $8 for a LARGE iced drink and got a medium instead.
