Went in to dine. Place was empty. EMPTY! I asked questions before ordering to understand the menu fully because I want no surprises. So combos comes with one side biscuit and a drink but meals come with 2 sides biscuit and no drink. She said for the two Piece chicken I could get thigh and a leg or two breasts meal for $8.49 that would come with 2 sides and a biscuit. I said can I get a breast and a leg she said that would be an upcharge. So I was like but I can get 2 breasts and no upcharge? She said right! She punched it into the register to confirm yes. Okay thatās odd but letās do two breast one regular and one crispy, Mac and cheese and green beans. So it now shows $8.49 and a mystery $1 charge. I said whatās the dollar charge for? She said itās an automatic charge in the system. I said for what? It just charges. Okay thatās not what the menu says and thatās not legal. So I look over and see a sign on the restroom that says restrooms closed. Restroom was plural. I said both restrooms are closed? She said yes! Okay so I canāt use the restroom nor can I wash my hands and who knows how employees are as most places employees uses the same public stalls but why is dining open with no restrooms. No sure thatās allowed either. So I said cancel our order and we left. You all doing bogus upcharges. Most people donāt even pay attention anymore to what they are being charged but I DO and I even asked ahead of time. We will not be back. How many people you all scamming with these charges? $1 here $1 there adds up and I was raised that a penny adds up to dollar$ your menu online matches the menu I seen in store. I see nothing about an upcharge for sides or chicken. Also it says 2 piece chicken. It doesnāt say anything about what two pieces and a leg and breast is cheaper than 2 breasts but she said itās only an upcharge If we get a breast and a leg not two breasts. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI attended this Leeās today. I originally got this sweet woman named Daisy. Who supposedly was that shift manager. I ordered 39 dollars worth of food for my boss and two other people. I didnāt check my food before I left but it was a busy day outside so I trusted it was all there and headed back to work. Guess that was my mistake. I was missing two mini chicken sandwiches and a Wednesday dinner. Half of what I ordered. I called in saying I was missing some food and she answered, put me on hold and hung up on me. I decided to just drive there thinking it was an honest mistake hanging up on me. I was greeted with her son at the window and him on the phone with her yelling saying she told me I canāt get a refund or my food. All I wanted was the food I paid for and I had my receipt. I wasnāt trying to start issues. Daisy told me to āhave a good day babygirlā before I left and the actions of that definitely made me feel like crud. I think this store has okay food but their customer service is lacking. As someone who also works in customer service, I say I understand. Chicken is chicken and theirs isnāt good enough to try to get it free. Everyone has to make a living somehow but I will not be visiting this store again. I hope she has a better...

We usually get 6 large boxes of the gizzard so we always call ahead large orders. This trip however we just happened to be in the area for other reasons and before heading home decided to swing by and get some Lee's. Upon arrival though we discovered the dining room was closed but the drive thru was open. However, the drive thru line was around the building and out to the street. I didn't want to sit in the line just to tell them my order then be told it would be another 20 mins for my gizzard and have to wait more. So I looked up the number and called and the young man took my order and said he would walk them out when they were done. And he did. Came out with the food, took my card back inside, rang me out and brought the card and receipt back out to me. All with a smile and friendly attitude. Thank you all at Lee's for the great food...
