I have one complaint about McDonald's in Ashtabula that can't get a large iced tea right tell him what to put in it and they never get it right other than that the food's good I don't like the prices I'm not happy that the Ice Tea went up $0.50 over the pop prices but I guess that's inflation
I'm updating my review as of September 2023 I think I need to Make A Call to Corporate office. However I'm not sure it'll make a difference. I have a serious problem with Caffeine, meaning Coffee, and many soft drinks . Meaning they're Not a good beverage choice for me. I would also like to bring up my experience with their ICED COFFEE. I'd Like To Know WHY I CAN'T GET FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE For the $2 price? NO. NO AS a Paying Customer, I've been served Fully Caffeinated I've COFFEE, When I CLEARLY ASKED FOR DECAFFEINATED. This is Haserdous for me, dye to my CAFFEINE SENSITIVITY. Caffeine is dangerous for me as I have Bad Cardiac PROBLEMS when drinking or eating foods containing Caffeine.
To me Having to ask for DECAFFEINATED Coffee and paying The Much Higher than $2 price, ** IS OUTRIGHT DESCROMITORY..
AND: AT the visit when I ASKED WHY they don't serve ICED DECAFFEINATED COFFEE, I was told. They Don't Make it. So my question to young man serving me was: (why cant you Just Put Ice In The Same Large Drink Cup That ICED Coffee is Served in, and POUR DECAFFEINATED COFFEE OVRR THE ICE- HENCE ICED DECAFF. Now I Did Get This NOT SO CUSTOMER FREINDLY EMPLOYEE. finally agreed to do this. BUT DID I GET THE FRENCH VANILLA SYRUP? ** NO I DID NOT !!! And Finally I Want TO SAY That Young Man, and I'll SAY he was OUTRIGHT PUT OUT..TO HAVE TO DO SUCH A DEMANDING THING FOR ME-THE PAYING, REGULAR COFFEE PRICE, SUPPOSEDLY ALWAYS RIGHT CUSTOMER. And furthermore, Very Few Food Service providers Offer Decaffeinated SUGAR FREE Fountain product..Don't Diabetics DESERVE THE SAME SELECTION AS NON DIABETIC PEOPLE.

Read moreI usually love this McDonalds but today my daughter and I went through the drive through and ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and a mocha frappe. We were told to pull up and someone would bring our order out to us. When she brought us our order it was missing 2 sandwiches so I had to go in and tell them what was missing. They handed me 2 sandwiches and again ONE of them was wrong! I tried to point it out to her but she insisted that she was right and I already got the MISSING sandwich. Because of this I had to go back out to my car and get the sandwich that she was trying to give me AGAIN that she insisted was the one I was asking for that was MISSING! She corrected the order and took back the sandwich she had already given me that was wrong. Also the woman who initially brought our order to car to begin with had an attitude about the situation(I could not believe it!) So TODAY I went through the drive through then had to go into the store twice afterward AND she took back the sandwich that she could have just let me keep for all the trouble and the attitude I recieved for THEIR MISTAKES! smh I will not be going back to this particular McDonalds EVER AGAIN!!!! I have never given a bad review for ANYWHERE I have ever been before but what happened to me today was completely unacceptable! Oh and I completely forgot to mention that the first woman at the first window that took our money was very rude because we asked NICELY to add something to our order and when I tried to apolgise for the inconvenience she literally shut the window while I was trying to speak to her.... Read moreWent to the drive thru at 5:30am which it clearly states on the website it should be open, but I sat there for about 4mins then I was told they don't open until 6:00am so I was a little bit confused and irritated. I didn't even want food just a coffee. And the person was not very friendly and ironically she sounded irritated herself at the fact she had to acknowledge someone in the drive thru at 5:30am but all the annoyance could have been avoided if the correct hours were posted on the site. So whoever the employee was I apologize for bothering or interrupting you that morning I know it takes a lot of work to open a fast food restaurant I did it myself for many years and I am definitely not a morning person at all but the website did say the restaurant opens for dining inside at 6 but the drive thru states open at 5:30 so maybe your days would be a bit brighter if that was corrected.
