Panda Express — Restaurant in Ohio

We have drove to this location from Lancaster on several occasions and it always was excellent .. it's been probably 4-months since we had been so we drove there today and what a big dissapointment it was, this location has gone downhill. We order at drive-thru, 2 plates with double orange chicken and fried rice and 2 medium drinks ($22.97) when Savanah (girl at drive-thru window handed me the food i asked if i could get 4 packs of teriyaki sauce and was told "i can only give you 2, 1 for each entree" .. well i said "i got 2 entrees with each plate so i can get 2 correct?" She says NO so i said "well i will buy 2 packs then" and Savanah says "you can't do that" ... so i left it at that and we pulled into a parking spot to eat. I open the bag and i find the 2 packs of teriyaki sauce buy also find 4 packs of soy sauce which i did not ask for nor wanted and throwed away .. you could of kept your 4 packs of soy sauce and gave me 2 more teriyaki sauces .. but NO you had to make a big deal. We WILL NOT be back to this location, the orange chicken was dry with not much orange sauce compared to how it used to be made, the portions have been cut back as well. Not sure what is going on but others must have the same feelings because there was hardly any business at all the 35-minutes we were there. So long Newark Panda we will take our business to the Canal Winchester...

I travel a lot. I have been to many Panda Express chains. This one- that I have been confined to during the pandemic- is 10/10, top notch. They have been THE SAFEST when it comes to handling your food out of any restaurant on 21st street. Every single employee, not only is extremely kind and fun to talk to, but are all wearing MASKS AND GLOVES!! The extra relief that I get when ordering from here is always worth it. Thank you staff, for going the extra mile.

When it comes to food, I understand that sometimes other Panda Express's food can be a real hit or miss. The kitchen staff here almost always prepare their food exceptionally. The drive thru window goes by really fast, and overall, this Panda Express got it right. I'm really proud of everybody in there and thank you for making so many of my nights just a little bit brighter.

I absolutely love you’re food, but the lady Sue W. Who was working the drive thru window took my order at 6:10 told me it would be about 10-15 minutes for our teriyaki chicken so I said okay. I pulled into a parking spot and waited over 35-40 minutes for my food! So I pulled around to the window to ask her how much longer she said it’d be another 3-5 mins so i asked for a refund she was very rude and mocked me and said I’d have to pull back around to sit and wait for them to call their general manager to do a refund !? I am a manager myself and I hate complaining because I know what it’s like to be busy but shouldn’t you have a manager there that knows how to give refunds??
