This place is amazing! First the staff is incredible each person I have met has been very pleasant, willing to answer question and always go above and beyond.

Each suite is supper clean clean and beautiful and created to be a relaxing experience which just adds to the experience.

I have been a member since they opened and I can tell you this is one of the best experiences in the area. The health benefits I have seen from using this type of therapy had been incredible, not only do I notice a difference with my mood after a session, but notice my mind is more clear, I am more focused, my sleep has improved,,

The cold plung which I swear at times I am not going to do has become one of my favorite parts of the session. Something about the heat and the cold. While I know this also has huge health benefits it really find this so relaxing by being able to use different deep breathing exercises.

Besides the suite the sented hand towels are amazing peppermint is my favorite along with Eucalyptus and the refill station and flavored waters are great.

This was a great experience! I was nervous at first as this was the first time I'd tried contrast therapy, and I wasn't sure what exactly to expect. The suites are very clean, and the amenities are great! The staff was very helpful, and I felt very comfortable immediately. I followed the instructions of starting in the sauna (which definitely check to make sure it's on still, I was sitting there for awhile with it off because it felt warm on a cold day!! that was my fault) but once on it heated up and I was SWEATING for 20 minutes. I made it 3 minutes in the cold plunge. What an intense but lovely experience. Also, I didn't use it, but they have Beauty Bar area for blow-drying your hair, etc., should you choose to do that! We had such a wonderful experience! Courtney and her team welcomed our coffee shop crew in for Employee Appreciation Night and made us feel so comfortable. They were thoughtful, knowledgeable about the facility and contrast therapy, and incredibly welcoming. The space itself is spotless and feels like a true luxury spa.

I sauna regularly, but I was nervous about the cold plunge. It was tough getting in at first, but afterward I can’t even explain how amazing I felt—my mood was lifted, my body felt great, and I slept better than ever that night. I went back two days later and had the same incredible experience.
