I placed an order on the mobile app last night and it accepted my order and deducted the payment. When we made it to Wendy's the manager said that they aren't connected to to app and I had to order my food again and pay for it the second time. My husband asked why we had to pay for it the second time and then they refused to help us out and explain how to cancel the order on the app and get a refund. So today I called the restaurant and explained after all that they messed up our sandwiches. They weren't made correctly and by the time we got home which is 5 minutes away our french fries was cold. So when we called we talked to Tim. Tim (manager) replaced our sandwiches and french fries without a hassle. We are so thankful that Tim does work there. We have just a couple issues with our food but when we talked to Tim he had no problem replacing the food and he gives us 5 star service. He has ordered this burger on 4 seperate occasions and not one time has it been right. Including tonight. He ordered one with no onion. His burger had onion and no tomato. I don't understand why we can't get this burger and it be made correctly. Usually it doesn't have the sauce which is very disappointing. Luckily it's not an allergy!! And luckily we knew to check before he ate it because this Wendy's NEVER GETS THIS BURGER CORRECT. The service attitude of the staff was very bad: 1 staff was very sleepy and lazy, another staff wore headphones and didn't care what my husband ordered. They didn't give us straws even though my husband asked them. And what was worse was when I opened a chicken sandwich, they had already eaten half of it and still wrapped it up and gave it to us. After that, my husband sent an email to complain about the staff's poor service attitude but did not receive any response from Wendy. We will always remember the terrible service we received from Wendy's there. And will never buy Wendy's food at this location again.
