New in town. Have heard good things about this place. Finally went and got a pizza to eat in-house. Won't be back though.
Half the pizza was crust. As in...4 bites on most pieces and then it was crust. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. Two pieces had toppings all the way back. We ate in house and there was a doorbell with a recording that went off c-o-n-s-t-a-n-t-l-y. Every time someone came in or left, it rang a loud doorbell with a recording stating the door was opened. I estimate that we heard it about 100 times while we ate. (Saturday night). It was loud and obnoxious, and we feel the manager has to know about this and is okay with it. While there, two people came back stating their order was wrong. Asked for a cup with ice since the drinks come in 20 oz bottles from a cooler. It wasn't cold. They said they could give me a cup, but they don't serve ice.
Surely the staff noticed the doorbell and recording every time the door opened. It wasn't so bad where you order because it's so loud in that part of the building, but we were the only people in the dining room and the recording was very loud.
The taste of the pizza? I mean, it was okay. That's it.
Wish I could have had a better review. Hopefully they will see this and take care of a...
Read moreI placed an order online and arrived to pick up my order at the indicated time. My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm, however, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. OK, I get it. They get busy and sometimes delays are inevitable. I can live with that. I wish I could say that was the only issue. Unfortunately, it was not What I don't understand is if I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order to be ready than why was the entire order cold? Not lukewarm, but downright cold. Also, one of the pizzas inspite of being cold was very, very, well done. Additionally, I ordered their cheesy bread along with two extra dipping sauces, that I paid extra for. The extra sauces were missing from my order. Overall a very disappointing experience. While waiting for my order I noticed that one of the guys working in the kitchen had long unkempt hair and no hair net. While I was telling my wife about this my granddaughter let's out an EEW and pulls a long hair off of her cold pizza. OK, so cold food is one thing, an incomplete order is another but hair in the food is just plain disgusting, especially when the employees should be wearing hair nets or...
Read moreWe did have a good relationship over the course of the last 5 years or so. Whether we were just in the mood for some pizza or needed some delicious comfort food after a long and rough work day you were there for us. And for that we thank you. Unfortunately as of the past few months, the quality has been in a steep decline. It has made it harder and harder for us to stay faithful to All American Pizza. It has actually breached the breaking point and I believe now is the time for us to part ways and move on. We won't forget you, the relationship was great while it lasted. We will always look back and hope you are doing well. Which I am sure you will, there are many other fish in the sea, right? We just hope, the quality comes back to what we once knew.
To shed light on what was the final straw, was this last order. There was basically no sauce and was very skimpy in the way of toppings. At least this one was not under done or overly done as the past few months. The only consistency of the product is the lack of consistency, at this point.
We wish you the best. And who knows, maybe we will cross paths again...
