I took my family to eat at Nninja a couple weeks ago. We have eaten there many times. We ordered a couple salads with the rest of our food. When they brought the food out, they let us know they didn't have enough lettuce to make the salads and offered Tuna salads as a replacement. We declined and asked for a refund for the salads. They said they would take care of it. When the second person came out with the rest of our food, they brought one salad. They said they had enough to make one. I said okay great did the other one get refunded. He assured us it had. We waited a few days as we know sometimes debit card refunds take a few days. Nothing refund. So, my husband stopped by on his way home to follow up and was told again it would be taken care of. Still nothing....so I called today and asked for the manager. She stated that she would have to reach out to the GM after first saying that there is probably something wrong on the Bank side. After assuring her there was not as I have checked before bothering them again with it. Then she called the GM. She returned my call. She said the GM did not do it because she didn't have the information. So now, not only did they not do it the night we were there, then they didn't do it when my husband came back up to inquire AND they didn't call to get the additional information they said they didn't have, which had been provided to them. They just sat on it. So no update to the customer, no follow up call asking for additional information, no refund the first time they said they would and now the customer has to go back and find information to provide to them for something that should've been taken care of the first two times. It's very frustrating. I even suggested a gift card in the amount of the food so the money would go back into their business, if that would be easier at this point. This was handled terribly. Not just one time but...
Read moreYukon location...attempted to place online order 2 weeks ago, put in my credit card info and got an error message that there was an error and my payment and order did not process. Tried it again, same error message. Called to make sure it hadn't gone through to restaurant, it had not and ate somewhere else. HOWEVER, checked my account the next day and both charges were on my credit card. I emailed corporate office with screenshots of the charges...nothing. I called the Yukon store that next Monday when GM was supposed to be there. Explained to her the issue. Said she would research and get right back to me. Never called me back. I went into the store on day 5, she wasn't there. Day 10 left another message, she returned call and said she needed to research. She called me back to say they hadn't found my order...(the order didn't process apparently, only the charges), said nothing they could do I would have to dispute it on credit cards. I offered to go show her in person on her computer the charges, refused that. The total is $49.44! they refused to make I right, so I'm warning everyone else. What a headache. Too many other good options within a few miles that want and work hard for...
