Was only customer there asked to pull forward.... I only ordered a Coke and curly fries. Ask me to pull forward so they can make fresh curly fries. No one was in line behind me no one was making an order. I was asked to pull ahead and wait. They handed me my Coke no receipt did not get curly fries as I was asked to drive forward so I continued to drive and leave the establishment. I don't see the point of having to pull forward for them to be able to make me curly fries I wasn't holding anybody else up. I was only customer there I was more than happy to wait at the window but I guess their policies make them ask the guests to pull forward. I am an unhappy customer paid $4 almost $5 for a drink no curly fries. Maybe review policies and procedures to rectify the situation bad business as far as I'm concerned. You can please some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time but you can learn from your mistakes....
Read more"New" Waygu, Not all that large, certainly not as large as Braum's dbl qtr lb Cheese burger.Or Arby's Ad's. No remarkable new taste. Right now, I'm gonna go all-in, and say It's way better than my 1st taste of one. $7.00 or so. Their Reuben is a rare find, not too many good ones to be found outside of a NYC Deli. Arby's does indeed, "Have The Meats" ! The Reuben is stacked high w/Corned beef, sour slaw, on a marbled Rye bread. If you are a Reuben "Rookie" you won't do better ! Give Arby's a shot ! Waygu Beef experience, I wanted to try it. $10.00 not even close to being worth it. Don't bother to buy it. Mine was burnt, (no pink as advertised), except for their "special sauce" an inappropriate pink goo. It overwhelmed any chance to taste anything, particularly "Waygu", Kobe or other wise, even regular anything. At this point a don't buy recommendation. In Arby's defense, everything else...
Read moreI love Arby's and eat it at least once a week. I hardly ever leave bad reviews. This location is right by my work and they are ALWAYS having issues. It's Saturday at 11AM and they should have been open for an hour already. The Manager comes on the intercom and says "I'm sorry, I just got employees in and we won't be able to serve for another 15 mins.". If you're a manager, who comes to work on time, after an hour all your systems should at least be open. The last two visits to this location were disappointing as well. Their systems were down and they offered no options or estimate of time for the systems to continue. Please get it together so I can have a pleasant visit like I do at EVERY OTHER LOCATION. They finally served me after I said I was willing to wait the 15 minutes when she repeated that they were not open...
