The food was good and the girl at the window was nice my problem was with the manager, I kept trying to explain to her that my change was incorrect. I showed her my receipt and I showed her the change that they gave me and that they gave me less than what I was supposed to have and she just kept insisting that they correct even though the receipt showed her that they were wrong. In the end I just left with what I had cause I was tired of going back and forth.
My total was $13.34 I gave them $100.35 that means I should have got 87.01 back but I only got 86.31 because the manager said that the worker didn't give her the 0.35 cent until after she already cashed out the $100, even if that was the case and she cashed out the $100 out of 13.34 my change would have been 86.66 (which was what was on the receipt) but she kept telling me that my change was 86.31 because she took the $0.35 out of my change back even though she had already charged me the whole 13.34 out of $100. So after all she did end up using the $0.35 so that means I still should have ended up with 87.01 and I still only got 86.31 because she refused to listen even though the proof was right there. Not sure when I'll be...
Read moreWe visited Fazoli's last night as a quick dinner option (something different). We have visited Fazoli's maybe twice as a family EVER. We inquired of the staff if their meat sauce and meatballs contained pork. The order taker said they were "all beef" but when we asked them to double check another person said "pork and beef". As we drove up to the window, I went to the corporate website and saw the ingredients for the sauces. The meat sauce contained beef but there was no mention of the meatballs. As the order taker opened the window to take our money he said "Sorry, I really don't know, I just work here but let me ask my manager" etc....to our surprise the GM came to the window to answer our questions. Just to make sure he was correct, he took it upon himself to go to the stock room and review the ingredients and confirmed the meat sauce for us and elaborated on the meatballs! I know this may seem minor to you, but our family does not consume pork products so I am glad he confirmed for us. His name is Sammy. He was nice, patient and very thorough in his explanation. Thank you so much Sammy and for the extra yummy...
Read moreMy boyfriend & I stopped in last night for dinner, the service was awesome & the food hit the spot. Rodneisha hooked my boyfriend UP with the breadsticks, which he was thrilled about (& graciously thanks you.) 😝
Now why I’m giving 3 stars is because I’m very gluten intolerant & I’m concerned about the care taken with dietary restrictions. I ordered the gf chicken pesto rotini & found a spaghetti noodle in it. I’m well aware Fazoli’s is probably the furthest thing from a “gluten friendly” facility & that cross contamination nearly unavoidable, but I feel like this could’ve been prevented? Perhaps there could be more care with making sure the pot or strainer did not have any remnants of non-gluten free noodles? Or actually wash the pot/strainer before putting gluten free items into it or have a designated pot & strainer for gluten free? Just some ideas...
I’m sooooo glad that I was really looking at my food last night because if I ate that one little spaghetti noodle, I would’ve been very sick for the next week. Others may not be so lucky & may end up hospitalized because their intolerance...
