It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I hate giving one star reviews, I really do. But… This place or this online system is terrible. First of all, they do everting online and doesn’t leave room for anyone to modify their orders because they want to make it easier for the cook. So, if you don’t want ice in your tea, you have to wait until they bring it out to you the you can say no ice in which they will go back inside and re-pour it. Such a waste of time. Second, haha this is funny. I ordered mango habanero sauce. You know how spicy habanero sauce is right? I ordered “Mango Habanero (Hot) - Sweet And Spicy With Quite A Kick” there was no kick. I’m telling you it tasted like barbecue sauce’s long list cousin. 😂

On another note; The chicken were well done I mean falling off the bones well done.

I think the believe that not talking to customers is helping them, when it is actually just hurting them.

My advice would be to fire whoever is working in the kitchen. Chicken seemed boiled and just barely cooked to temp. I ordered Buffalo wings with extra sauce and got plain wings with a side of sauce. Ordered garlic parmesan and got plain wings again. Fries were soggy and bland. Everything came in a bag, yet the boxes were busted. I order the lemon pepper 8 traditional wings & fries. I thought the lemon pepper flavor would be a for sure winner for my first order. I was wrong.
