More like Freaky Slow. Often takes 30+ Minutes to deliver a sandwich literally across the street. I've had to wait over an hour to get a correct sandwich to my son after they messed up, and it still wasn't even cut in half. I don't understand, Jimmy John's, how can you miss something so obvious? All you do is make sandwiches, you'd think you'd be at least decent at it.
Every single time I order a sandwich from this Jimmy John's, something is wrong. Either the sandwich is missing my two dollar slice of bacon, or it's not cut in half, or there isn't any extra Mayo, or it takes over an hour to get here. This is obviously a failure in training at this particular establishment that needs correcting as soon as humanly possible. I could walk into my fridge and throw sandwich materials at a plate across the room and end up with a more accurate freaky fast sandwich than this location can provide.
I've even called the store and complained. Whoever picks up the phone normally just tells me 'that's easy to miss' or 'we will replace your sandwich', which under normal situations, would be fantastic, but who wants to wait another hour for a replacement sandwich? Are you guys going to come over and tell my son, "Sorry, you can't eat yet because for some reason we can't follow instructions." No? Of course not, Ill have to. Oh, and the soda always tastes like carbonated water. You guys need to make sure the syrup isn't out...

I do have one complaint that I have actually talked to someone about before, and although told to me that it would be fixed, it still occurs more often than not. When paying over the phone for the delivery order, having to give the CVV code should not be necessary. Sometimes they run the card without it (and I work in retail and know that you do not have to have this to complete payment) and sometimes they make me give them all info!! CC #, zip, AND code off back of card. To take it one step farther, the last time I ordered he repeated all my info back to me as I can hear other people around him that could clearly hear him! And not only once, but twice this was done after he pressed a wrong button and initially cancelled the transaction. So if those people around him didn’t get it the first time, no worries, there was a clear second chance. You charge $11 for half of a sandwich with barley anything on it. I could have went to subway and got a foot long with nearly 3 times more on that than what your employees did for the same $11. Definitely was put off by your services, and will NOT be going to another store for your food. The fact you taught your employees to use such little food products on the sandwiches for you to save some money, is just so far disrespectful its just arrogance at that point.
