LOU LOU Med Spa — Local services in Oklahoma City

I just came to Lou Lou for the first time two weeks ago for a consultation for wedding skin prep, facial balancing, and to continue my regular injection routine. This has to be my favorite med spa I’ve ever been to. I have stayed faithful to my nurse injector but she moved through 3 different spas over 4 years and just moved to Texas and so I was looking for a new spot. I did so much research and ultimately decided Lou Lou has everything I was looking for, even if it’s almost an hour away I can already say this will be my new home! I first found Lou Lou through instagram. I’ve never felt comfortable at med spas, the way I did at Lou Lou. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa itself has to be the most gorgeous one in Oklahoma and every single girl at Lou Lou looks natural which is rare to find in a med spa and one of the top 5 reasons I chose Lou Lou! I had a consult with Taylor, and she walked me through changing my skin care, what to expect and gave me an excellent break down of what I should do over the next year to prep for my wedding. Not to mention her skin looks like glass. Another thing I love about this place is they offer overall health checks via an NP, they have the cutest informative and fun videos, nice events, and PRICE TRANSPARENCY right on the website which is EXTREMELY rare. They do specials frequently, and they genuinely care about enhancing your natural beauty and not overdoing your face for the money. They also have a machine that does a skin analysis which was really neat. They accept multiple different payments and payment plans. Remember cheaper services may get you cheap results so although you may pay slightly more here I guarantee it’ll be worth it. Anyway, this is way too long but I really love Lou Lou...

This was my first visit to Lou Lou Med Spa, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I came in for Botox treatment and was recommended a higher number of units than I typically receive. Despite following their suggestion, the pattern of injection did not address the specific areas I wanted treated, and ultimately, the results did not align with my goals.

Instead of achieving balanced look with a brow lift, I was left with an uneven brow and a noticeable droop in one eye. I was called back for a follow-up, which I appreciated, but the appointment was only a few weeks after my initial visit. By then, I was told the Botox had already worn off — despite it having been less than a month and fully settled. From my experience both as a client and a professional in the medical aesthetics field, I know Botox typically lasts me 4 months. This raised concerns about the product quality or the injection technique.

To make matters worse, there was no resolution offered beyond suggesting I pay the full amount again. In my opinion, when a patient is clearly unhappy and didn’t get the results they paid for, a touch-up , especially this soon after treatment, should be offered as a professional courtesy.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience for others...

No matter what service I was in for , whether it was a skin treatment or Injectable’s the staff took the time to understand my needs and goals. They tailored each session to ensure that I left not only satisfied but genuinely transformed!

Honestly, the outcomes I've achieved with their services are outstanding! Every visit leaves me glowing, both inside and out.
