Jami Parker helped me purchase my first home in June of this year and I could not recommend a better realtor to use! As a first-time home buyer with no knowledge of the home-buying process, she was patient with me, always available when I needed, answered all of my questions and assisted me through the entire home-buying process in an enjoyable and professional manner.

Jami was able to quickly understand what I was looking for in a home (style, location etc.) and after a handful of listings we visited together, I felt confident enough for her to see a house without me present and trust her opinion. Jami cared so much about my home-buying process that it made me feel as if she was shopping for her own home too.

There were multiple offers to compete with once we found my eventual house, and Jami diligently and skillfully worked our offer into the best available. Once the closing process began, she was there for all of the new questions I had about my mortgage lending process, home inspection, appraisal, closing date responsibilities and more.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Jami. She’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, readily available and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her to any home-buyer.

I would give you more stars except that when I tried to elevate my question last week, I could not easily identify the owner of the business on the web site so had no way to learn there was a problem etc. Your reply still didn't identify who you are or how to contact you...

Original review: I suppose they ultimately saved me 45k: I sent John a note through Landwatch about a property that has been on the market for over 220 days on a Thursday, no response. I followed it up with an additional email to his email listed on Remax on Friday about looking at the property over the weekend, again no response. It is now Wednesday, no response for 7 days. No wonder the property is still for sale 220 days later, 45k may not bring much of a commission (they have great reviews for home sales $$) but if I were selling land, I would be hesitant to go through this office. No telling how many prospective buyers have experienced the same as I. Too many other places to go for service for selling...

We have never had a complete stranger come into our lives, and after spending hours with us in one short week, turn into a friend. Finding a home can be a taxing process, and Kay Pratt had the task of taking our family that was currently in Georgia, around to MANY homes in a week's time (and we had our kids with us). She was so kind and interacted with everyone. Best thing is, she let us come to our own conclusions about houses, even if she didn't think we'd like them...she KNEW! She was so open to looking in different areas, and she worked some long days with us in those four days we were with her. She also connected us to many people that would aid in the home buying process, lenders, insurance, flooring specialists, among others. She's a wealth of knowledge and we HIGHLY...
