A bit irritated with this location. I had been calling the restaurant for the better part of a 1/2 hour to no avail. The phone kept giving me a busy signal. The reason for my attempts to call, was because I was heading that way to pick up a customers order, and wanted them to know I was on my way, and I had planned on asking them if they had the order ready, or if I needed to let my customer know that this order was a no-go. It doesnât make sense to waste gas, driving that way if they were going to be closed. (It was a bit out of my way if they werenât going to be open). When I arrived, all the lights inside were on, the drive thru and there were cars in the parking lot. However when I got to the drive thru speaker, nobody even acknowledged me to say that they were closed, or open (best case scenario). I pulled up to the window to see if anyone could tell me anything, and again, I was ignored by a woman with a cigarette hanging out of her ear, (pretending to clean). At least have some decency to let people know whatâs going on. This is ridiculous. If this is how a business is choosing to run, or allow its employees to act, then itâs a poor reflection on the restaurant. I guess I was more or less disappointed in the fact that they chose to take their phone off the hook at least 1/2 hour or more before âclosing timeâ. Could of saved a lot of frustration, gas, a disappointed customer and a...
Read moreThis place has gone downhill in a major way. I ordered a 8pc chicken only online and pull up to get and there was someone returning their order as I was leaving. I make it home, open the bag and pulled the lid off the bucket and only counted 6pcs of old cold chicken that had to have been sitting outside the heater lamps for a minute. I call the store to inform them that they gave 6 old cold pcs of chicken and I ordered a 8pcs. The guy I spoke to told me he would make me some fresh chicken if i return what I had. Now, I didnât want the 6pcs they gave me but Iâm sure they arenât suppose to take food back, but they did and instead of making me fresh chicken they placed those old cold pcs back in the grease and made it a greasy messy box of the same chicken plus the two I was missing placed in a separate box. Everyone their looked higher then US economy so I took the chicken after the second time I told them it wasnât fresh chicken and came home and placed it in the oven to bake the grease they added to it after dipping it in the hot grease to give off the heat of being fresh. I donât care how hungry I am or what kind deals they have. Iâm never returning to that location again. I honestly feel like itâs being ran...
Read moreMy husband and I walked in to order when there was nobody else in the restaurant. Hailey at the front counter was very rude. We wasn't quite ready to order so she tossed a bell down on the counter and walked away saying "ring when your ready". When we did ring the bell we heard the rest of the workers in the kitchen saying obscene things about us ringing the bell. Hailey practically threw the change at us, some of it landed in the floor! It was embarrassing and humiliating. When my husband asked for a manager a lady stepped out stating she was manager in training. He told her what happened and all they did was say "sorry". I am a manager and I know customer service. If they would turn that radio off in the kitchen and focus on their job then maybe this place would be better. What is more humiliating is we have sat here and watched her be super helpful to other customers that have walked in. Why didn't we get that? I am open for a conversation from a manager or corporate, whichever...
