While it LOOKS like any other Mo'Bettah's, it's definitely lacking on food quality & customer service. I ordered a kid's plate with an extra side of rice. Then proceeded to wait for close to 15 minutes for my order to be called. this would've been understandable if they were busy. But, they weren't. Also, they were out of Katsu chicken & Kalua Pig at 12:05pm. That was disappointing. There was a worker walking around looking as though she'd rather be taking insulin shots through her eyeballs than to be in the building for another minute. Maybe she should've stayed home today.
The meal came with zero teri sauce on any of the items in the box. Just completely DRY chicken & rice. I was provided one individual portion cup of teri sauce. I was not asked if I wanted additional when I placed my order. When I finally received my order, the chicken was dry & slightly overcooked while the rice was dry & hard. Presentation was very lacking as well due to the rice literally just being thrown in the box. No nice scoop shape.
Excuse me while I sound spoiled by the previous experiences I've had & come to expect from the Moore location. Honestly, I would rather have driven out of my way & gone to the Moore location than to have wasted my time & money at this one. I love Mo'Bettah's in Moore. Maybe this 23rd street facility isn't operated by the same people. Either way, I will not return to the 23rd street location. It's not worth my...
Read moreI highly suggest going to another location, or another business all together. This place costs far too much, for food laden with sugar and MSG. There is nothing on the menu for gluten free, or allergy free merchandise.
Anyone trying to eat healthy, this business is NOT for you. Anyone looking for a job should also avoid this place. This company is not worth your time. Trust me.
and for anyone who want's to know why the Macaroni Salad is so addicting, it's because of the amount of MSG they put into the product. 10 pounds of noodles 2.5 gallons of Hellman's Mayo 2 Ounces of MSG 2 Ounces of Pepper 2 Ounces of Onion Powder. and that's it, you pay 4 dollars, for something that should cost 75 cents to make.
And to address the auto reply, no, yall have never used "quality ingredients", yall use Sysco, the same company everyone else uses. It's the same ingredients everyone else uses, and the same food everyone else cooks with in restaurants, yall even got Hawaiian Bro's chicken at one point. Like you can say it's quality, but even McDonalds uses Sysco, they have the same warehouses, and use the same trucks. There's nothing "quality" about it, it's the same "cheap" stuff...
Read more**EDIT 5/4/2024: This is overdue, and needs to be added: This place has come a LONNNGGGG way. The staff seem happier/friendlier, and the food is now consistently amazing. Management has clearly focused on improving the overall service and quality, and it shows. My wife and I love eating here, and that's not going to change! Amazing job guys!!
*EDIT: I've continued to come in with the hopes that this location would improve. AND IT HAS, omg, what a change! The staff and management seem to have really turned things around, and it's really showing. No more long waits, no more angry customers standing around. I'll continue to come in as the food is awesome, and they've really turned this place around! *
I really don't understand how this place has as many stars as it does. With the exception of maybe once or twice since this location opened there has always been a 20 minute wait at the VERY least. The staff are always friendly, but there is clearly something very wrong with the way this place is run and organized. I've literally watched customers lose their minds with how long it takes to get served. And it takes a long time EVERY time I come. Clearly something...
