Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Ordered food on the app. Once I got there the carhop brought drinks, but forgot I had a burger and tots. Once I reminded her she asked for the recept, and acted as though I was lying. I showed her the receipt. And she said she was going in to get it. I waited 15 min before pushing the red button to remind them that I was still waiting on my food, a guy told me it was on its way out. So I waited another 20 min and they bring the car next to me drinks and a big bad of food. Mind you I had already been there quite a while before the car next to me even pulled in to make an order. Finally I said something to the carhop about it again, who asked me for the second time what I had ordered. Then she promised she would go in and make it right then. I seriously waited for my food for over 45 min when it was all said and done. Awful service. Oh and this was around 2:00pm so they weren't even that busy!!! Will not be spending my...

Ordered on the app. It charged my card. When I got there, I told a girl, she said she would check me in. Waited about 20 minutes. Nothing. I asked and the nice young man told me that there was a problem with the app. A very unpresentable lady said there was a problem with their app, that they could not honor it and that was that. I offered to show her where it had just charged my card. She said it wasn't her problem and no other options. I called the store and asked for the manager she said his name was Garret but that he was not there and that there were no managers to help me. I asked for corporate number, which I will call back because it is an under 45 minute wait..I wonder why. I cannot blame the store manager because these employees were obviously doing what they wanted, except the young man who was the only one giving orders at a busy time.

THIS IS A GENERAL REVIEW FOR ALL SONICS, NOT JUST THIS LOCATION! It saddens me to say this is one of the worst meals I've had at a SONIC. I ordered the 3 piece Crispy Chicken Dinner for $7.29. In the past 4 years or so, the food has steady declined in flavor.i was not asked what kind of sauce I wanted, & i forgot to tell them,, I was given no napkins. When I opened the box the Tots were Extra crispy, not soft like the past, & I almost laughed when I opened the gravy. It appeared to be colored water, it was that thin. Even the onion ring was a generic, frozen taste, certainly not the flavor of the ORs of the past. Even the 3 small pieces of chicken were over cooked.
