I go to Starbucks everyday for the last 1 1/2 years weekly I spend $77 on coffee from here. Usually I go to 36th & May or 23rd & Robinson, the mangers and employees from these 2 locations are very friendly and professional. I’ve never had any issues from these locations. About 2 weeks ago I started going to this other location. One day I made a mobile order for the drive thru, when I made the order it said I had a personal cup. Well that day I forgot my personal cup. Wendy the employee went on a 2 minute rant about how I got a 10 cent discount that I shouldn’t have gotten because I didn’t have my personal cup. Wendy was very rude and unprofessional. Every day after this when I made a mobile order and went to the speaker box to give them my name for the order they asked me if I had my personal cup and the employees were very rude when they asked me this question. I spoke to the manager who wasn’t any help nor did she offer a solution. About a week later I was told that it’s now policy for them to ask you if you have your personal cup at the speaker box when ordering ahead. It’s clear to me that this policy was put into place only for me. I know this because I had my husband and 3 of my kids order online with personal cups and they weren’t harassed in the drive thru. I have a dash cam that can see 4 ways and records all audio. I will be posting my interactions with Wendy’s rant and other rude employees on all my social media...
Read moreOnly giving one star because I didn’t have the option to put a negative zero! I’m not ever one to complain or post reviews but this honestly really bothered me and to me it seemed disrespectful. I pulled up to find a sign on the door that due to staff issues the lobby was closed and to please go through the drive thru and so I did after waiting for about 20 minutes if not more (not to mention there was a line of about 5-6 cars behind me all waiting to be attended) I drove up to the window to see if I could wave someone down or try and see what the hold up was I waited another 10-15 minutes just sitting there and then eventually a young man came up to the window just giving me a nod and no signal trying to show me that they weren’t taking orders he didn’t even slide open the window to at least tell me with actual words now I understand we are in a pandemic and covid is a serious matter but we both had masks on and were at a safe distance the least they should have done is at least tell us through the drive through microphone that the store was closed and not operating at the moment. When we drove off there was still a line of cars in the drive through all still waiting. Very unprofessional and definitely will not be coming back to...
Read moreSadly when you pull into the drive thru there is a pot hole which will damage your vehicle. This hole is in a place in which you must travel to place and order and is hard to see. My rim was bent and I had to get an alignment for my car. An iced coffee turned into 650.00... I asked the team member who would be paying for the damage to my car to then be told we told the district manager and they are not doing anything. I cant go through the drive thru again because that would be assumed risk. However, the fact the district manager knows and has not elected to correct the concern or warn customers would result in being held liable. This hole is located in a spot that would be considered Starbucks responsibly. It is sad I'm going to have to have a fit to get my money back. Shame on you district manager...I went into the store since the conditions were the same to be told they are waiting for their landlord but they can't get ahold of them. Starbucks should warn the customers with a sign they said it was to sirens eye. What a joke. I called corporate with my concerns to then be hung up on after 10 minutes. They was no concern expressed about damage to my car or to others. So the store won't fix it and corporate could care...
