Worst experience at this place. Came in on 8/1 at 1:45 pm. Little girl in charge had an attitude with everyone. First thing out of her mouth when I walked up to the counter girl was tell him it’s going to be like 10 minutes on the sandwich. It’s been 20 minutes now and im writing this review and still no sandwich. Ice machine ran out so another person started filling it and the screen shut off. Another customer couldn’t get a drink and was upset and all the girl in charge said was things happen. Had an attitude with this other customer. And I hear another employee say they are cleaning and nobody can make anything except her apparently. Rude service and now 25 minutes on my order. She was busy and stressed but you should not take those frustrations on customers. And now my order was missed and has to be remade. Can’t see myself back here anytime soon. 30 minutes! It has now taken over 30 minutes for a sandwich. If a shift change affects the process that much you shouldn’t be open...

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Firehouse Subs, all thanks to Amena. From the moment I walked in, she had an attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering. She was short, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she gave a sarcastic response instead of actually assisting me. To make it worse, my order was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, she acted annoyed instead of apologizing or fixing the issue promptly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, especially in a customer-facing role. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Very very customer oriented. I'll start by saying their dedication to a good customer experience is truly magnificent. The management team is focused on ensuring you have a good experience from the food to the service. Truly awesome food and great atmosphere. If you have any issue don't hesitate to bring to their attention as they will be sure to adress it accordingly and make it right. We had a rough experience one time and I'm blown away by the action they took to correct it and ensure it did not happen again. This is for sure one of our favorite eating spots on this side of town and service as well as quality of this caliber are rare around here. Two thumbs up guys...
