Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I want it to be known. I have ate at Taco Bueno religiously for 30 years everyday. And I want it too be said. That the latina girl at Reno and Mac Arthur in Oklahoma City that girl Is on point. Her food is like it's supposed to be. It's exact and precise and perfect just like it's supposed to be. The beans are always creamy. And savory. And satisfying. The only time.. I get a PERFECT burrito. Is when the latina girl or the GM is working. Otherwise. I get a burrito with a burnt taste dried crusty beans not enough chilli sauce. And a tortilla that's been on the heater for too long. And it's disgusting. BUT when she works it's like I get a heavenly burrito. Just like I remember Bueno too be. I will NOT eat at taco bell. Or taco mayo. Cause they all use dehydrated beans now and they suck. Suck suck suck. I love the latina girl when she makes my burritos she's always working hard. And NON STOP. she's ALWAYS nice. Courteous. Professional. And keeps the store clean and immaculate. Thank you for being BUENO!! Employees like her are far and few and very hard to find,she works with integrity pride and has amazing work ethic. She should get a raise and a thank you of her dedication and gusto! So, my family and I eat at this location quite a bit, and usually when we go, we pick up our own sauce, jalapenos, diced onions, and pico. Since we have been without a vehicle, we've used door dash to bring us our food, and since door dash doesn't allow me to add that stuff to my order, I have just been calling it in. The first time, they didn't send it. The second time, they didn't send it, so I called, and someone from that location brought us some. The third time, they acted like it was a problem to send it, and my mother in law doesn't eat it without that stuff! And now, when I called, Bobby tells me that he's by himself and he can't send any of that stuff. Well I'm a paying customer, and my mother in law doesn't eat her food without it I explained to him. And then he tells me that he will try to get it out with my order!! I'm livid. We spend a lot of money here to be told that we can't receive something bcuz it's an inconvenience. Idk what kind of store that y'all are running, but u need to get it together or shut it down. Bcuz I should NEVER be told anything like that due to it being an inconvenience to u. This taco bueno is worse than the others by far. No standards, poor management, filthy lobby. I used to love bueno but its a 50/50 chance that I even get edible food here. They let homeless people hang out in the lobby (with their salsa bar👀) and they are so unprofessional and sometimes just rude. The salsa bar is always gross and just a gross idea in general without any upkeep. The tables are often dirty so good luck dining in... and worst of all they won't throw out old food, they just keep serving it until it's gone. The rice is almost always VISIBLY old and crunchy. The beans are hard and dry from hours in a hot pan. The ground beef is just bad. Today they gave me a bueno platter that looked like it was prepared an hour before I arrived. The rice and beans were hard. The enchiladas were soggy and had cheese scraped off?? And the sour cream and guacamole chip thing was clearly prepped beforehand (why tf would you do that?) The guacamole was brown and sour cream was cracked and dry. Literally couldn't eat any of it. Really wish 0 stars was a thing because they need to close...
