Del Taco — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The employees are unsupervised and untrained. The people working the night I went in were inconsiderate with no customer service abilities what so ever. They had atleast 8 to 10 people there but I did not see anyone that seemed to be in charge. They were all gossiping and going every direction even thought it wasn't busy at all. I went in the drive-thru and then had to go inside because they forgot to put in a couple of items I ordered and paid for. Whoever was suppose to be in charge should be taught how to manage. This place won't be in business long if they don't change that first. The food would have been good if had been cooked long enough. I wouldn't reccomend the burritos because the tortillas were doughy. Cost would've been fine if you could have eaten it but it was burrito stuffing wrapped in mushy dough. No salad dressing for the salads just packets of taco sauce. You shouldnt offer different salads on a menu unless you include some type of salad dressing. Tacos were better than most places and the nacho's were also good. They have the hottest jalapenos I've ever eaten. I wasn't expecting them to be that hot. So be warned. The chocolate shakes are just thick milk. I don't reccommend getting one there. When I asked if that was how it normally was the girl said "yeh pretty much". Then rolled there eyes at me frustrated like I was bothering her from trying to just stand there. Nobody likes to waste money and I wasted about 35$ for 3 people to try this place out. So I wouldn't recommend this place to unless your just wanting a couple of tacos and it's the only place open...

I've been here several times just since they opened. I am in love with their steak and potato burrito; it's a meal by itself! The tacos and soft tacos are really good too and not expensive and they put plenty of meat and cheese in them. The tostadas are delicious as well.

I was disappointed in the street taco though. Not just because I ordered it with no onions and it was loaded with them, but it had some kind of sauce on it. Street tacos do not have sauce on them. I didn't eat it. The chili on the chili cheese fries was good but the fries weren't cooked all the way and they forgot the sour cream I ordered and paid for. So far, any custom orders have been wrong.

I only tried a bite of the mini cheesy bacon quesadilla and thought it was good but my son said it was just too much. There can never be too much bacon on anything, but he left a couple bites.

The beef macho nacho was big with lots of beef and other toppings. The rice is fluffy and perfectly (lightly) seasoned. I love the strawberry lemonade. It's only $1 for a 16 ounce and it has real strawberries that have been sweetened. The lemonade itself is tart but the strawberries at the end make it perfect! The fish taco is another item I can't get enough of. Everything about it is delectable! Every time I've ordered it, the fish is hot and crispy and just mmhmmm perfect!

The staff have always been happy and smiling when I've went through the drive thru. It never takes very long to order or get the food and that is surprising since I always have a large order. Feeding 3 grown boys takes...

Absolutely excellent service. I've visited this location probably 10 times now and every single time I expect at some point for them to mess up as Is the norm for most fast food. No matter the time of day, no matter the business I have received accurate orders, friendly service and quality food. I went this evening and as the food was coming out the employee by the name of "Izzy" caught it as it came out and noticed one item was missing. He on multiple occasions I have noticed really keeps things running smoothly. Whether it be working faster than the average to accommodate the business, catching orders, or bringing in fresh product, he overall is a very strong worker with good work ethics. This review was left because I HAVE visited on multiple occasions and have been more than impressed with the performance of this particular employee. Excellent job to whoever trained him, but I'm sure by his work ethic he takes a lot of pride in his work. Overall the entirety of my experience here has been amazing.. Great food. Very fresh Great prices. And a great attitude and professionalism that you wouldn't expect from fast food....
