The most pathetic excuse for customer service. I didn't bother to say anything by the time I got my food it was just so bad it was obvious such a complaint would be a waste of my time. Here's the way today went. 25 minutes total. I go to the drive through. The lady is talking over my answers to her question of how can she help me etc. She calls me sir... My voice is hoarse so okay. But when she is done talking she says nothing to me. No acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever. Eventually I drive around and use a drive up location and order there. I double check to make sure the lettuce is not wilted. This lady says it looks fresh. So I order extra lettuce. I also ordered my drink with easy ice. My order is written correctly. So they know. They just didn't concern themselves at all with what my order was. A little bit of wilted browning lettuce and a whole cup packed with ice. If I thought these lousy excuses for employees actually thought about any version of customer service, I would take it personal. Instead I assume three different employees are actually that incompetent. I will not likely return. I don't recommend anyone...
Read moreThis location needs work. Two days in a row I have stopped by for a quick breakfast. And both days my order has been wrong. Day one; ordered a super Sonic breakfast burrito/no jalapenos. Got my order and had to go to Tulsa for my job. On my way I find out it has jalapenos. I try to pick out the peppers but the damage was done and it really upset my stomach. Now mistakes happen and I used to work for Sonic, so I come from a place of understanding. Day two; I'm thinking we'll give it another go. This time I make sure to speak clearly and ask for no jalapenos. They say okay please pull forward. I pay and get my food and this time there are no jalapenos but also no tots on it. Now a super Sonic breakfast burrito comes with: tortilla, egg, sausage, cheese, DICED tomato (both time it was sliced tomato and that throws everything off), diced onions, tater tots, and jalapenos. So simple fixes here prep some diced tomatoes and if a guest asks for no jalapenos, skip it also make sure you know the recipe. TL;DR I believe this location needs improvement and a refresher...
Read moreThe worst service ever!!!!! Waited 40 minutes on our food and when we finally got it the order was wrong!! Asked them to correct it and brought it out 15 minutes later wrong again. As we were sitting there I called the corporate number and she called the store and told them to just fix it. Almost an hour later no money back and awful food!!! The tator tots tasted like french toast sticks. Meaning the fryer oil is never changed!!! The manager finally came out and was put out and was very uncaring with the situation. Even worse the employees were walking around on there cell phones. Mind you also there was only 2 other customers. Employess cars were parked up front in the ordering bays. This is why minimum wages should not go up. They were only worth $7 an hour employees. When i called the corporate manager back she did not answer so i tried again later and it went straight to voicemail. Obviously did not want to deal with unhappy customers. I am so disapointed in Sonic as a branch for it to be Oklahoma based chain. If I could put a 0 star...
