Then I ask the dude with long hair that took my order did the 50% come off he LIED SAID YES AND CHARGED FULL PRICE. THE BLACK GIRL YESTERDAY DID SAME THING LIED SAID YES AND CHARHED FULL PRICE EVEN FOR A KIDS DRINK SHE CHARHED AS MEDIUM. ITS easy to say oo that didn't work lemme try again buy no they scamm you . I received my drinks and at this time I am usually offered straws. Well Chris didn't offer them, instead he just went about his day, and ignored us.. well I said " excuse me, may I have come straws?" Well he didn't respond so I asked louder "May I have some straws?" , at which time he came to the window and said "excuse me? What did you say?" ThenI repeated "may I have some straws?" He then said "What was that?" And I repeated. He said " No the word before that." I asked him what... He said yeah what was the word before that( now, remind you I am in the drive thru, with a line building up). So I said " just give me my straws so I can leave.". And he told me" no not till I hear PLEASE". Well at that time I was over this kid...so I told him to PLEASE get your manager.

ย ย ย Read morePulled in to a long line, it was moving quickly until one of the girls outside skipped over cars to go take an order for a friend. Then they came back to us. Sat and waited another 15 mins and was the next car in line when another worker comes out and just starts having a full blown personal conversation with the people in the car in front of us (same car they skipped us for) and it was clearly a personal conversation. The employer made herself comfortable leaning on the counter talking and talking for another 5 mins as if the other 20 plus people in line weren't waiting for their drinks. They finally wrap the conversation up and she goes inside. We get to the window and thankfully our drinks were ready but we could've gotten them sooner had staff members not stopped progress to pass us over to get someone else's order and then hold the line up chit chatting and what not.. Yes I know they go back and forth taking orders but we were intentionally skipped over so she could services her friend first. From getting in line to getting our drinks was a 25 plus min wait. I go to Dutch bros daily but won't be returning...
