I love the food but this particular store has some unbelievably bad employees. I had a miserable experience last time I came that is too long to go into right now but I decided to give them another chance. Today I was treated at the door with what looked like someone had thrown up or had dropped a smoothie on the way out the door. It had clearly been there a while. So I tried to avoid it by opening the door that was to the left of it⦠locked. So I opened the door and took a long step over it. Then I stood there for over 5 minutes (just like last time, even though no other customers were in the building, but at least I was recognized as a human in the building this time), after the man making the food told her āthereās a customerā, in reference to me⦠only to be asked ādid you order online?ā. Me: ānoā. Her: āwell I have a lot of online ordersā and stood there staring at me as if I was supposed to know what to do with that. At this point a large group had come in and sat and a family lined up behind me. She was running around in a panicked mess⦠she went and did something to the door, mumbled something to the people behind me and then said āyeah, soā¦ā and just looked at me. So I said ācool, you gotta be effing kidding meā and walked out. And thatās nothing compared...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow! I out in an online order at 11:30, for pick up at 11:44. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap, the smoothie was ready but the wrap was not. It was 12:12 before they finally had it ready. The 2 ladies in there didnt even speak a word to any customers coming, if I hadn't spoke up about my wrap I would probably still be waiting. The lady that made the food was just making food and piling it up on the table by the window. Then stops making food, gets on her phone and starts to text. After I am sure she could feel my eyes burning hole in the back of her head, finally turns to the other lady and asks if she gave me my wrap. Only for her to turn around and grab it from the pile of food she had been making. Super unprofessional, I understand being busy, but seriously this was the worst. I did get a bag of jalapeƱo chips out of it, whoopee. šš„³ OH!!! It got better, I opened my food up and it was the wrong freaking thing. So an hour later I finally got my food. Love Tropical Smoothie definitely won't be coming back...

I want to come here 3 days a week but I almost never do and today this company lost me as a customer forever and it is so sad because I love their products. This crew has made it abundantly clear in very unsubtle ways that they only want tipping customers. Today I was actually handed the card scanner out the drive thru window like this was paying a restaurant bill at the table. We both knew what was happening. Also if the business cars to note, the public does not appreciate being asked for donations at the drive through window, for one thing we all know very little of that money makes it to the intended recipient, and we do not appreciate the pressure at the window. For those reasons I would rather take my hard earned money elsewhere. Very sad because they did almost everything right. Poor management will cause chapter 11 faster than anything...good...
