THE ADVENTURE TO WHATABURGER
I have not had whataburger in over 2 years. I finally had the opportunity, and put an online order in at this location. May have been a bad day for them, or had low staff. I am not sure. We ordered at 10:49p.m, the app said it'll be ready at 11:02p.m. I am aware of app timing may differ to reality time. Due to circumstances, and issues. We drove to this location at 11:00p.m got there at 11:03p.m and was in line for not 10 min, not 20 min, NOT EVEN 30 min. We were there for over 45+ min! We finally got to the order thing. We asked when it was made, they said after we ordered. (10:50-11:02p.m..the current time was 11:41. 30min/45+min half way through our adventure) so we asked if they could remake it. Due to it sitting for that long. The person who was on drive-thru orders went silent, and another voice got on with an attitude, and said "yeah, stay in line". After 15 more min. WE FINALLY MADE IT TO THE WINDOW. They were very short, and handed us our food. We didn't receive one of the 3 drinks, and 1 of the 3 fries. After coming home, and passing out our food. We opened them. First look, and feels. The bread was hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. the drinks was flat. Very disappointed in this encounter with whataburger. Unfortunately it wasn't what i remember. Will not be going back to this location. Again, may just be a back night. I will not give this location another chance. I would give...

I like going inside, my children order on the app and go to curbside pick up.
The wait time was very long. About 25 minutes. When we arrived there was 2 cars parked on the north side of the building. And 4 cars in the drive up. No one else was in any of the curbside parking spots.
I always request triple cheeseburger without the bun. Can't go wrong here or can they. The burger and veggies were right. But I didn't receive a fork to eat it with. My children said they gave us 2 extra French fries we didn't order. I am not complaining about that. My children love French fries.
The sandwiches they ordered were exactly what they requested. But we didn't check the order when it was delivered. We were on our way home. It's 32 miles from this place to our house.
The person who delivered the food to the car. He apologized for taking so long telling us that they were extremely busy.
4 cars in the drive up and 2 cars parked for people eating inside. When we arrived. The 25 minutes we waited we saw everyone leave and we were still sitting there waiting. ย ย ย Read moreI placed an online order for a Breakfast Platter Whatameal with a decaf coffee for the drink and arrived about two minutes after placing it. My breakfast platter was already on the counter. It sat for at least five+ minutes while I waited for the staff to acknowledge me and the hash browns to be cooked. During this time, I observed the woman at the food prep station incorrectly make a sausage biscuit when the guest had ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. Additionally, when my order was complete, the cashier handed me the food but did not give me my drink. After I reminded him that I ordered a Whatameal with a decaf coffee, he handed me the cup. I looked over at the coffee station and saw that there was only caffeinated coffee. I then asked to speak with the manager and instead had the food prep associate talk with me.
Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger. The staff gave me the impression of not caring about doing their jobs correctly or their customers.
Since I am just visiting in this area, I cannot say that this is the norm for this location, but I can say that this specific group of staff members (Saturday, 2/17 between 10:00 and 10:30 am) need to be retaught what the company's standards of...
