We have purchased from Grainger many times in the past with no issue. Today we attempted to purchase cable clamps in store with the item number available and an actual clamp from last time in hand as an example of what we needed. We reviewed online to make sure it showed availability. Upon arriving at the store we were told by an employee named Tawanna that these clamps were not in stock. She didnât even glance at the clamp I had in my hand to compare to what she was looking at. We finally just left. It's the unwavering dedication to their customers and the relentless effort to make everything right, that lead me to stop and write this review. I will be a Grainger...

If you promise something, you need to consider any possible delay from your part, and UPS's part. We had a contract to keep and a timeline. Thanks to Grainger, we lost time, money, and patience. If they would have told me from the start that there was a possibility that it would not be here the Friday, and instead the Monday, we would have gone to the competition from the beginning. Customer service, was...
