We have some serious problems with this place, and I'm going to tell you about them!
We went on a Friday evening, not many people there so not much of a line for anything which was nice.
No military/veteran discount. We ended up paying approximately $100 for 1.5 hours of go carts + a round of mini-golf. Arcade & batting cages are extra, other attractions seem to be functioning but not open.
Nobody was around to welcome us or tell us where to go to make purchases. When we found them, there was one person working and 4 other staff members just standing around talking about their cars. There were a few times we needed help and had to go looking for staff, each time finding them gaggled together in some far corner, they were not helpful.
Advertised one price then charge you $6 or $7 extra per person for cards that they don't tell you about until after the fact. The only thing we used cards for was to get our golf balls from a machine.
They didn't tell us bumper boats were closed until after we purchased the package, which included bumper boats. We went to the bumper boats but no staff were there even though it looked open. I found staff to ask for help and they told me it was closed. When I asked why it was closed they told us "it's too dark." We noted that while not well lit they did have light, significantly more than the mini golf courses and more than their go carts. It was also not darker than other bumper boats rides we've been on. There were no disclaimers about shutting down at any specific hour or level of light etc.
Nobody was eating any food there, nobody was available to prepare or serve food when we checked. Eating area was large, looks like it could host a few parties... assuming they actually cook.
There were about 6 Go-Carts in service. The carts all were aged, ripped seats but run fine. Staff were there to tell you to start and stop but were not doing anything about drivers ramming each other repeatedly. The track was a bit dirty and we were repeatedly pelted by rocks and chunks of rubber kicked up by other carts. They closed it about 25 minutes early without explanation and we didn't get to use them for the duration of the time we paid for.
Golf course was boring and in bad repair. Debris everywhere, several holes were completely full of water, the course is poorly graded with unintentional uneven spots throughout, the holes were either dented tin cups that at times blocked your ball from going in or poorly cut astro turf that covered portions of the hole. Our balls were stuck in pipes & tunnels multiple times and no staff were available to help. If you wanted another ball, there was no staff available to help, so bring an extra or an extra long stick to free your balls once they're stuck. Course was not very inventive or creative. Most challenging intentional obstacles were bends in the course or wagon wheels partially blocking the course. The course is not handicap accessible and requires a decent amount of stair climbing.
Arcade was clean, kind of small only 2-3 people playing while we were there.
The place is a bit dated but reasonably clean, felt safe, though there were some people begging just outside...
Read moreMothers day 2021 my 5 kids 2 of their girlfriends my boyfriend & myself went to celebration station in okc. My money would have went further & we could have had more fun anywhere else! First of all its way over priced, for 9 of us to get to have any fun our best option was to buy 2 family of 4 deals for $150 each & 1 individual deal for $27.99 for a grand total of $345 after tax. That gave each of us only $20 equivalent game play & 3 outdoor attraction rides (go karts, bumper boats etc) they didn't tell us that the only outdoor ride open was the go karts.. so we set out to ride... first ride second lap my son's kart quit him.. it took 3 laps around him for them to get him up n running, it was fun but we were dissapointed that they didn't offer him an extra round or an extra few laps even. Second ride my other son had to go around another kart that was broke down on the track.. for this they stored gun and booted him off the track saying that he was swerving and driving recklessly. They said they Already gave him his 1st warning so that was it. If they did give him one we didn't hear it because you can't hear anything they say on the intercom due to the cars being so loud. I have the whole race on video that I recorded on my cell.. so we head in to make a complaintand the"manager" refused to when listen stating rules are rules. He flat out refused to give us the number to corporate, saying if we wanted it we could look it up ourselves. So we continue to try to use our cards up by playing games of which at least 1/3 of the already small selection were broken or empty.. the first 1 took 12 credits from my card and didn't even have a ball in the damn thing so I could play, when I reported it to the manager he basically called me a liar even tho he is standing at the machine and can clearly see I'm not lying ( I will post a pic) we waited 12 minutes at the counter to redeem our tickets before someone finally came to help us. At the end of the day we left having 9 attraction rides left, because they pretty much ruined our fun, which is equal to $72 (cards expired at the close of business on the day of purchase so u can't redeem at a later date) the only reason they got 1 star was because the pizza was good. I wouldn't recommend going.. you could spend your money doing something way cooler funner &...
Read moreI booked a birthday party for my son. When we got there, we were asked if we wanted to "upgrade" our package for an extra $6 a person (we booked for 28 kids), and instead of the $10 game card and 2 attractions, it would include $30 in game card and 9 medium pizza for 28 people. The reason for the "special upgrade" was because they were very short handed and said that the attractions would not be running as smoothly as normal. We decided to stick to our package and instead bought pizzas out pocket for all our guests. We ordered 17 large pizzas at 6ish pm (our party didn't even start until 6:30pm, we got there around 5:45 purposely to order the food ahead of time) and it took nearly an hour to receive the first 4 pizzas (they brought them out in parts), I asked the girl what was taking so long and she said they only had one person cooking. That person was the manager who also was the one who set us up with the tables and was running back and forth between attractions. So essentially they only had a total of like 4 people running the entire facility. Needless to say our guests were starving. Then the kids went on to play and it turns out the cards had 0 balance. We had to go see the manager once again to fix that problem and it took awhile to return the cards to us. The manager and two girls at the front were trying to be accomodating, but I have to say it was not the best experience. I understand businesses can be short handed but when there's a party booked you can at least have the courtesy to let us know in advance that everything will be delayed and give us the option to opt out without loosing our deposit. The lack of communication prior to arrival at the facility was what bothered me the most. Guests should not have to wait for an hour to get food and to top it, one of my guests tried to order extra food for himself and they told him they weren't taking any orders because they were short handed and behind. More than likely I won't book a...
