Checked in through my Hilton Honors app, it asked what time should they expect me, I said 3pm which is the actual check in time. I arrived at 4:30pm and the lady at the front desk told me my room was not ready. I told her I could come back as I had other things to do. She assured me that my room would be ready when I came back and that she would leave the keys at the front desk. I came back a few hours later, stopped by the front desk to grab the key. Got to the assigned room and the key did not work. I went back downstairs, spoke with Chris or Joe cant remember his name, who gave me a new set of keys. I went back to the assigned room and the new set of keys STILL did not work. Went back downstairs to Chris/Joe, who gave me a completely different room. Went to the newly assigned room, one of the beds was literally broken and hanging to the floor! Clearly visibly BROKEN! By this time, I was tired of going back up and down so I called Chris/Joe at the front desk and told him the issue. Chris/Joe says ok I am going to come up and give you a key to a different room. After waiting 15-20minutes and still no Chris/Joe, I went back downstairs. I had my toddler and aged mother with me who were very tired as well. By this time I'm furious and exhausted. I tell Chris/Joe my frustration is not with him as I'm sure he had no control of the quality of the room and his response was" No worries, I'm not easily offended." HE then says ok I have upgraded your stay to a suite. Got to the suite to take a shower and the shower gel and conditioner, that is connected to the wall in the shower, was completely empty! YES, IN THE SUITE! Good thing this reservation was not in my husband's name, as he is a Diamond member and would've been highly pissed. We use to love coming to this hotel and my kids love the swimming pool, but unfortunately will not be back to this location. The hotel itself is outdated and needs new furniture. The only good thing about our stay was the lady in the kitchen who was by herself, held it down and was very helpful. I believe her name was Danielle. Signed,...

Housekeeping was phenomenal 5 stars for that crew!! My room was cleaned daily and I mean actually cleaned. My Clorox wipes showed no evidence of dust, dirt, or grime when I completed my initial check in clean up.
Guest services…. JOSUE was the absolute WORST.. I give him 0 stars. Upon arrival, I get to the front desk and he says I need your ID. I said hello, how you are? Josue - I’m fine, ID please. I informed him I checked in online and just needed a hard key in case the app doesn’t work and my snack bag. He asked what kind of snack I wanted handed me my ID and key and that was that, didn’t ask me if I’d stayed before which I haven’t. Didn’t notify me of any amenities. I felt he was annoyed that I interrupted his screen time, Considering when I arrived he was sitting in the lobby on his phone and was not in a rush to check me in at all. Well I stayed here 3 nights 4 days and every single day he worked that is where he could be found. There was only one time during my frequent in and outs that I saw him at the guest service desk and that’s when he was checking someone in but he was continuously looking at his phone. I think maybe he should focus on influencing or something because guest services ain’t it. He is the only employee I saw leave the front desk unattended.
Breakfast- I actually tried it and it wasn’t bad. I don’t usually do buffets which is why Embassy’s are my fav. But I refuse to stay at the one in OKC. (Go check my review to see why) I got to breakfast as they were setting up so I tried it and liked the potatoes, the bacon is always cool at hiltons. And the southwest omelette (microwave item) want terrible but I only took 3 tiny bites. Empty guest service desk —- Josue was too the right I was gonna get his picture but my shutter was so loud the sound of me taking this pic...
Read moreI am a long-time Hilton Honors Diamond member, and have stayed at far more Hilton properties than I can recall. This one is among my favorites, because of its location, ease of access, and the fact that it is located along the premier bicycle and pedestrian path in Oklahoma City. There’s abundant close-up parking for Diamond members, another plus. Oh, and never mind that I seldom pay more than $100 a night for a room here or next door at the Home2 (also Hilton). This is Bargainville. The hotel is clean, and located in a cluster of four hotels east of Meridian Street (there are a couple more on the west side as well). If you are using the airport, this is extremely convenient. If you are spending the night in OKC while you are passing through, this is only a mile or so off both I-40 and I-44. My rooms are always spotless, and the breakfast adequate. If you want more for breakfast, stay at a Hilton Garden or DoubleTree. I’m good here, or I just head into town.
And speaking of town, it’s only about 10 minutes by car to center city. If you’re in town on business, or here to see a game or concert, this is a great place to spend the night. As for that path…I love it, always availing myself of a long walk or a nice bike ride. It is safe, smooth, and scenic. The skyline is gorgeous, the 50-store Devon Tower looming over everything else. Five stars and...
