I've made several purchases from this store location within the last 3 or 4 months. They have a great selection of items to choose from for just about anything you are looking for for your home. Unfortunately the employees are not very friendly and it is almost impossible to find someone to help you in the store. My biggest complaint is that every time I've made a purchase at least one item doesn't ring up as priced. The first time it happened my item rang $20 over the ticket price. Thankfully I noticed it before before leaving the store and they returned the item and proceeded the purchase over with the correct price. The second time I didn't realize it until I had got home and it was only a few dollars so I didn't bother going back to ask that they fix it. Well once again I went in a few days ago and the next day I was looking over my receipt and 2 of my items rang up for more than the ticket price. This is completely unacceptable. It was going to cost me more money in gas to go back to the store to request that they fix the price then what I was going to get back, this is the only reason I didn't go back and have it corrected. Read moreI was shopping for somebody who had ordered through DoorDash. While I was shopping I hear a man yelling like he’s frustrated. I keep shopping, I couldn’t find the last three items on The customers list. I had been looking for 30mins. One of the items I did find, but I didn’t find the right size so I needed to ask an employee if that was the only place that they had this item. I went up to an employee or Manager that was stocking or moving things around. I asked him if he could show me where these items are located. He told me he couldn’t take me to the items that he could only point me in the Direction. I told him that their aisles were confusing and didn’t make sense To me And that if he could take me over to the aisles that they’re on. He tells me in a rude way That he is not allowed to pick the items for me. I told him I wasn’t wanting him to Do my job I was wanting him to do his job and help me find these items for a customer. He got extremely mad. He acted like he had a problem with people shopping for other people through DoorDash. He was very hostile. I had to unassigned myself from the order And that delayed, the customer getting their items. He was very unprofessional. I will never shop in that store ever again or take any order for them. Read moreThis store was a mess.. the aisles were a mess.. it was poorly stocked.. it was under staffed..at one point more than 10 people lined up and only one cashier.. the lady in front of ne finally asked one girl if she could find another cashier to check custoners out.. that same girl threw her stuff down but did ooen another register.. she was nice to my friend and i when we got to her register.. i have been in the Moore location but my friend had never been to an At Home store.. i think things are extremely overpriced.. i mean much of the furniture pieces were damaged and priced above what the quality called for.. i thought the level of this store was better but honestly, i think Big Lots has the same if not better quality for less.....
